Jackie is absolutely amazing! She was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with our issues. SHE SOLVED THEM ALL! We were very impressed! Her customer service was exemplary! Her multi-tasking abilities were beyond impressive. She also stayed AFTER HOURS to ensure our account was activated! PLEASE....GIVE THIS LADY A RAISE IN PAY! Employees like Jackie need to be recognized AND Rewarded!

Dani helped me with my problem. My phone stopped working. I called via land land to order new phone. I told the agent my phone does not work so I'm unable to sign contract. My order was canceled due to no signature. Went to Dani's store and she helped even though I have Boost Infinite and she sells Boost Prepaid. Thanks to her help I was able to complete the sales process and sign the contract. She didn't have to help esp. since she doesn't even sell it! Need more people like her.

I had a really bad experience with the store in Hagerstown recently so I went to the Chambersburg store by Walmart and Johnathan helped me out and made everything right for me. He was patient and very helpful! He is also a really nice person. He will be my go to from now on! I can't thank him enough for helping me through that big mess I was in!
