The level of unprofessionalism at this pharmacy is completely unacceptable. I had seen it before where the staff had been extremely rude to older gentleman that was honestly being very nice and friendly, he was just talkative (I was the only other person in-line). I almost said something to the manager (Sean) about how rude a staff member (on older woman who still works there today) was to him. I decided I shouldn’t get involved. Fast forward several months and this same woman popped off at my wife as we had a problem with the prescription that was being filled. The pharmacy manager Sean was there and let it continue. He may be a good pharmacist but has no business managing people or this store. He let it go on and refused to speak with my wife when she demanded a conversation be had with her about how she was just treated. This store needs some immediate attention and retraining or change in staff. It’s all good if your prescriptions are perfect, but don’t plan on a pleasant experience if you have issues with your prescription or need your doctor involved. They just can’t handle it. Avoid if you can, as it’s not worth the frustration.

Worst pharmacy ever. Do not use CVS. EVER! Save yourself the headache and frustration. Always under staffed, don’t pick up the phone, prescriptions never ready, say they never receive prescriptions, excessive wait times, the list could go on forever. I think you get the point

The pharmacy manager was a blessing yesterday, as was the rest of the staff. He, Sean Eberly, was so up to date on the prescription issue that I was having where 2 other stores FAIL to give me information that Sean knew immediately. He was able to tell me that the medication was no longer being made and what I needed to do. He also started the process to resolve the issue and within hours, I had the medication. I will say that I went to 2 other stores initially and neither knew or bothered to tell me that the medication was no longer available. They just put the prescription on hold....and it would have NEVER been filled. THANK GOODNESS for Sean. The other stores told me that they have the medicine in stock and told me when to come and pick it up. When I got to those stores, I was told it wasn't available with no other explanation so I just grew more frustrated. I even spoke to real employees and didn't use the automated system so that I could make sure that they understood what I needed and that I had to have it that day. I drove over 100 miles yesterday in order to get the medication. I wish the Chambersburg store was closer because I would always use them. They staff were so friendly and they should ALL get raises. If I could give special mention to just one person, it's Sean, hands down.

Today I needed to get cold medication. And when I asked if they had it. The young guy gave me a look and said we don't carry that here. They do carry the product. So I asked for something else and that same guy pulled the cashier back and whispered something. The cashier came back and asked what I needed. I told her. She gave a quick glance at the shelf behind her and said sorry we are out of everything.If you are going to talk about your customers, make sure they can't see you looking at them while you are whispering. Very unprofessional. They make it seem like a crime that you need a certain cold medication. I do not recommend coming here. Very rude.

Staff is great they help you find everything you need in the store. Pharmacy is finally staffed, the turn around atmosphere is on point keep up the great work.

It would appear that corporate does not yet know this location is operating on limited hours. They allow you to schedule vaccine appointments during times when they are actually closed and no one from this location informs you before-hand or contacts you afterward to reschedule. Seems like a bad business practice during a pandemic when people are counting on pharmacies to be open and helpful.
