Your money is safer in a shoebox. The overdraft fees are insane and you're not notified of any overdrafts even if you sign up for their notifications. Go to truist, or m&t.... Really anywhere else but here

Loved this bank a few years ago when I first joined and thought maybe they wouldn’t be like the rest of these big chain banks but it’s always about their overdraft fees and how much they don’t care about customers.It’s a bad time for people, especially due to the economy and I’ve made this clear to this bank (also the loss of family doesn’t help either & lots of people can relate) and they just continue to overdraft $36.00??? What’s the point of that?
