The drivers are suppose to leave packages in the mail room at Parkview Corner not out side anywhere as your drivers do. The one star rating is even too good for your drivers.

Refused FedEx drop off, with paper work...saying they had too much, shelf was full. Item was too big for shelf anyhow, but floor had plenty of room. So unfriendly, unprofessional and unDollarGeneral. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

The scanner never works. You have to wait for 10 minutes for a cashier to even notice you were in the store for them to come up to you and say well I wonder if it's going to even work today and then proceed to try to scan it once and say nope it's broken go somewhere else.
