As usual, it was a great experience. I didn't have to wait very long for the oil change as well as a maintenance inspection, which keeps me up to date on what might be needed to keep my car in A-1 condition.

My backup camera has a blurry view but I was told the camera was fine. My previous cars camera was very clear compared to this car.

Took over 1.5 hours for a scheduled oil change. When I set up app.over phone I asked for oil change and complimentary car wash. When I got there they asked do you want tires rotate, so many point inspection ect. I said no just an oil change. Did not want added expenses. Needless to say they dropped my car wash also. They are always trying to make extra money at your expense. Was a few dollars over quoted price. Bill shows some 1dollar fee for who knows what. Multiply 1 dollar times everyone's bill.

I would still recommend this dealer even though they didn't listen to me that I had oil and filter in the car. So the bill was more then I expected however after pointing out that the oil/filter was in car they did rectify the issue and remove the cost from the bill without any hassle

My service tech Zachary was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, and timely. Service completed in a timely manner. However, the girl who met me to discuss my vehicle report was not as knowledgeable and couldn’t answer my questions.

So I think the price was too high for wiper blades and to install and I was supposed to get a free car wash and it didn't happen.

Bought 23 Toyota Tacoma Trd Pro was long drawn out process. Took long time detail truck. Since truck wasn't ready, now I know why. They delivered late at night. i went out with light looked over truck found discoloration on hood sent pictures to salesperson. He said sales manager would call me. She never did. I called till i caught up with her. She said bring in monday after 9 to have truck buffed. i said i'd be there around 9 will you be there. She said yes. i arrived 920 she wasn't there. The service manager was also not in. Lane supervisor I told I needed get truck hood buffed out. He said his detail guy said they couldn't he had already tried. He went next door asked for estimate paint hood. They said 1000 plus price of decal on hood. i told him it would hurt my resale didn't want to paint i'd take compensation instead he acted like wouldn't be issue. i asked to speak General manager who refused to speak to me. I was standing beside him and asked him to call sales manager. He did with same result. Them refusing to speak to me. i said that's horrible customer service and rediculious. he said more than once he was sorry. i told service manager same thing. he again apologized that they wouldn't speak with me. The management on sales side shows zero integrity and customer service. i'm sure they know hood had paint issue. So they avoided me and refused to speak with me. i've bought over 30 new toyota since 98. Many form younger without issues. Purchased at darcar were pleasant experience compared Fitzgerald. From someone who has bought 50 plus new cars it was worst experience buying car in w ever had. if you want honesty and customer service you need to find another dealership.
