Consumers BEWARE GameStop is a hackers perfect target. If you have a credit card on file, delete it immediately. Hackers get into your account and can purchase Xbox gift cards with your saved card info and are given the download code immediately. They do not need to get into your email to get the code like most companies. So you are out a few hindered dollars in minutes and GameStop takes no responsibility for it.

Tre who was my sales expert was very wonderful and helped me with my needs and offered me additional items that would maybe fit my gaming needs and also helped me when I needed to fix my controller.

Showed up and a sign says be back at 8:15. It just turned 8 now have been waiting for 30 minutes. And funny thing is I’m here to return a PlayStation controller that didn’t even work.

The company and this store has gone down hill, with new corporate and management make the store short staff, most of the time go to the store and employee closes it do to lunch break even though the store only been open for a hour, used to enjoy going here now it's a waste of time cause you never know if it will be closed or not do to employees going to lunch for a hour.

I want to preface this review by stating a couple of things. For starters, I bring my son to both the Chambersburg as well as the Shippensburg locations frequently. We've always gotten on with the company and staff. I also have a lot of respect for sales staff. I was a manager of a store that, not unlike Gamestop, often runs their locations with merely one employee. Being the only person running the place can be tricky,especially when nature's calling. However, we arrived on Saturday hoping to hurry in, buy a single game card and run out. Seeing the store was temporarily closed for a sales agent's break time was understandable and not an issue at first. We waited. We waited some more. And still, we waited. Finally I said never mind and we left, no purchase made, over 30 minutes wasted effort and it made us late to the birthday party we were expected at. It was probably an isolated and totally unavoidable incident but it wasn't the best showing for this location.

Sold us a brand new game that does not work. Called the store for assistance and the employee admitted that GameStop is aware that they game does not work and chooses not to disclose that to buyers.Skip GameStop. Skip the theft by deception. Buy from Amazon.

Went in to make a purchase today there were only 4 other people in the store besides the ONE employee. We weren't greeted or acknowledged at all while shopping. I saw another customer standing in line for at least 5 mins without the employee even looking at them. They were pushing a switch and accessories onto a couple so they were to busy to help with other customers I guess. I walked out without making my purchase and I won't be shopping at this location anymore. This isn't even including the one employee who is extremely rude to my brother and I when we come in. He literally shames us when we don't make a purchase

Went to GameStop in chambersburg today and was helped by Michael. He was very polite and informative and helpful. He took care of my store credit gear and selling me on a xbox series s. Glad there are good employees still out there who take good care of customers.

The staff is nice and friendly. The store is big and kept clean. I don't like that they have gotten rid of Gameboy's and things. People still like those systems and want them.
