Visited this location from out of town today around 4 pm. I politely ask the sales associate behind the register a question in regard to the store color and rewards. She looked at me with disgust. I was never greeted or answered my question with professionalism. I think it is rather rude to preform a job without proper customer service skills, in addition she was eating food as she was speaking with me. I will not be returning to this location again. I did not get the name of the young lady, but shame on you for treating customers in this way.

I hardly ever write reviews, especially to state something negative, but this store needs some improvements. One of the biggest issues is with the shopping carts. I’ve stopped in this particular Goodwill several times and every single time I have to sort through the carts to try and find the best of the worst lot of carts I’ve ever experienced at any store. Each cart has one or more wheels that do not spin properly, or at all, making it very difficult to push it through the store. Please consider providing customers with shopping carts that function properly.
I see that others have mentioned cleanliness, high prices, and employee behavior, so I won’t say anything further about that.
This store could be great with some improvements. I would love to come back and update my review.

HIGH PRICES compared to other Goodwills.
Waynesboro has a very nice store with much better prices!

In my 15 years of thrifting never have I experienced a ruder, more unhelpful employee than at this store. And then in the next breath the absolute audacity to ask for a donation?? For a place that claims to help those in need its a real shame what its become -- one that certainly does not care about its customers.

Whoever this employee Venise is, is VERY rude and unprofessional. Very dismissive and disrespectful towards not just me but I have seen her/them be the same way to plenty of others. Prices for this “thrift store” is upscaled, past what large corporations sell them for a lot of the time. Its amazing this place is still going. This is not the first, nor last time I have had these bad experiences with this employee, not including from others there.

Stopped at this location passing thru town, huge home section with some great items and prices overall were awesome.

I love the huge selection of clothing lots to look through lots to choose from but I agree with others on here and what's up with the pricing I found their prices to be a bit unreasonable for a Goodwill non-profit organization so it was a bit of a challenge for me to limit myself on the items that I wanted to purchase because had the price is not been a bit on the high side I would have purchased more items. But I always find some really good products and a lot of which appear to be new or practically new. But y'all got to do something about them prices and get that worked out maybe that's why you have such a big selection of clothing because people don't purchase it because you ask too much for it I mean you want $6.99 for a pair of stretch pants really. I can go to Walmart and get a brand new pair for that price just saying. I do find some good bargains though from time to time but never in the clothing area always in the housewares

Decent selection and quality at this store but what is up with the pricing?? There's no reason to have used clothing items priced higher than the exact same items brand new.
