Without going into great detail regarding my experience, I want to give a huge shout out to Steve Potter and Tracy Haluck. Steve and Tracy worked tirelessly for over 60-days to get me into my C8. There were a lot of hiccups and issues with the deal, which both Steve and Tracy handled with exceptional professionalism and courtesy. Through their dedication and support I was able to take delivery of the vehicle and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The entire team at Jennings was phenomenal throughout my experience and they have created a customer for life from me. I would highly recommend Jennings due to the professionalism they portrayed and genuine desire to assist and help with whatever came up. I’ve purchased more than 20 cars in my life and this started out as one of the worst experiences (again, not with Jennings – related to my trade and another shop) and Steve and Tracy turned that around and made it a remarkable one to remember. Thank you team Jennings!

Jennings "inspected" my truck when I purchased it but after a close call caused by a steering concern that I brought up at purchas and was told "that's just how big tires turn". It turns out my right side wheel bearing was fried and the upper and lower ball joints were also so bad . So bad that my mechanic wouldn't even test drive it. We were also told my wife's car was never in an accident only to find out later that it was rear ended. They will never get a cent from either of us!

On the road hauling a fifth wheel with a GMC Sierra today, the light for low pressure in a rear vehicle tire came on. After trying to add the air to my tire at two different truck stops without success, I stopped at Jennings. Not only did they take care of the low tire indicated, they checked all the tires, fifth wheel included, and added air where appropriate. Quickly. Pleasantly. Without charge. Thank you, thank you. I continued on my way to Tennessee without worry.

Absolutely terrible customer service. My 2022 Canyon was having issues with the infotainment center turning off and on randomly. They decided to replace the screen to see if that would fix it. They never told me when the part was in to fix my truck and I had to call them after waiting over a week for answers. When I took the truck in, I never received any follow up phone calls as to how it was going or when I needed to pick up my vehicle. Again, I had to call them to see when I needed to pick my truck up. After getting my truck "fixed", the very next day the screen started having the same issues again. I had to set up another appointment and Dave at the service center told me that they would need to call tech to see what would fix the issue. Why didn't they call tech the first time they had my vehicle?? So I drop my truck off on Friday morning like they asked me to, only to be told at the end of the day that they weren't able to look at my truck and that they could get to it on Monday. I asked if they could give me a loaner vehicle so I could get to work and they said that would be fine. So on Monday morning I go to take my truck in to get serviced only to be told that the loaner vehicle wasn't there… How does a car dealership not have any loaner vehicles?? I am so frustrated by Jennings and the lack of customer service. I had to rearrange my schedule multiple times during this whole thing and they still couldn't figure out how to help me. The worst part is that this isn't the first time I've had a terrible experience with them. I've learned my lesson and I will never be back.

Very happy with their service department, I took my 21 silverado in to have a couple issues looked at under warranty that the selling dealership could not seem to figure out and I hand a great thank you to these guys for one being very professional in the way they handle everything and two for the great communication and updates on the problems up till I picked the truck up, these guys took their time and knowledge to dig into the issues and solved them with no problem, The service writer Megan went as far as to sit in my truck and take the time to understand and see what the problems were and she said hopefully the fix on the one problem is solved but if not don't hesitate to call and make another appointment, I have to say that even though I didn't purchase my truck from them they still treated me with courtesy just like I did. Thanks to the whole crew and dealership for the great job done!!!

It was my first time at the dealership and it was a great experience. I was able to get an appointment quick and they knocked out the service so I could have my Tahoe back before my trip. Jennings is 100 times better to work with than Criswell and I will definitely be back for future services.

We’ve used Jennings since 2018 for the service of our 2015 Malibu, recently traded the Malibu in on a new GMC Terrain, Terry from sales worked with our hectic schedules, Tracy made the paperwork quick and painless while answering all of the questions we had, made for a fantastic car buying experience!

I appreciated that the first person I called over the phone was willing to provide me with information I was requesting without trying to drag me into the dealership. She did not finalize the transaction with me. Brian Kable finalized the transaction and I found him to be very helpful, and not pushy, and promptly got back to me with answers to my questions. Not being pushy and promptly responding is important to me, and he fulfilled those expectations.

While on a road trip from Maryland to northern PA, the fuel pump on my older Corvette failed. I contacted the dealership on a Saturday morning, and asked if I could tow my car to their location for service the following week. The woman on the phone was a joy to interact with. They were happy to help, and two business days later I was motoring off with a smile on my face. Fast and thorough work, and the tech's notes were impeccable. A+

Staff was courteous and professional. Facility was clean and offered complementary drinks and snack while waiting. Quick and clean installation and the complementary car wash was unexpected. I was very pleased. Thank you.

Worst dealership in Franklin County! Tom Jennings is more spineless than that POS Clayton Black at Keystone Ford! No integrity at all! What gives a dealership the right to damage your property, and not stand behind work that was paid for.Jennings was paid to do an electrical problem on a vehicle. Instead they caused more damage. The mechanic completely stripped out the positive side on the battery causing a short. This short caused several electric issues which led to destroying the climate control module and the battery. $800 in parts that needed to be replaced because of a mechanics negligence! Jennings refused to take responsibility for their actions and to add insult to the situation they took the vehicle thru their car wash and caused $3000 in damages also that they refuse to have any integrity to take care of!These big name businesses need to learn INTEGRITY! Just because they have a few more dollars than the regular public doesn't give them the right to destroy someone's property!

After being a loyal customer for over 25 years, I'm very disappointed in how they treated me. My family has bought between 12-15 vehicles from them being mostly new. I was going to order a 2023 GMC Yukon SLT off them. After sitting down with them they told me they would not offer my Dads GM employee pricing that they did not have to offer. Since they are in high demand. After calling 4 other dealerships near them. They said they would offer with no mark up. Shame on Jennings for lining their pockets over loyalty. Brought all my vehicles to get serviced. No more! They lost a life long customer.
