Took my car for service to Keystone Ford. What I got was a poorly serviced car at an expensive rate.\\nService manager let me supply new parts instead of putting old parts back on which was good.\\nTiming chain replacement seems okay but the motor had oil all over it, filthy mechanic! I supplied five quarts of oil and a filter but, the mechanic who should have relied on this service manual overfilled the motor by 1/2 quart! I had to return to Keystone to have the oil removed.\\nWhen I got home I found the mechanic who test drove the car either hit a parking block or curb rashed my brand new front bumper, scratching my new paint job!\\nService manager gave me a paint pen to cover the scratches but, the damage was done!\\nUpon inspecting the motor closer I found my lower serpentine belt cover was never replaced, leaving the front of my motor open to road debris... When I questioned them why they left the cover off I was told it was damaged, it was still sitting on the mechanics bench!\\nMy new lower radiator hose was chaffing hard on the air conditioner compressor and, the upper hose clamp was digging into a rubber heater hose! The intake duct leading to the throttle body was never tightened at the clamp..... KEYSTONE FORD DOES REALLY POOR WORKMANSHIP!\\nIf I had not inspected the job I paid over two thousand dollars for, it would only be a matter of time until my radiator hose was destroyed and thereby overheating my aluminum engine,,,, and, destroying the motor!\\nCustomers beware of shoddy workmanship from the Keystone Ford Service Department!!

Buyer beware. Back in 2021 I found what I thought was a nice F250 Lariat at keystone Ford so I inquired about it. The truck only had 17,000 miles on it at the time and was in very nice condition. Made a deal and bought the truck using Frank Blood as my salesman. I felt that I was buying at a reputable dealer that wouldn't try to hide things, and not to mention, the same dealer we use at my part time job for buying vehicles through, wrong. Fast forward about 2 years later, I see another truck that catches my eye so I inquire about it. That dealer comes back with a lower trade value than I ever expected so I questioned why. He says do you know that your truck was stolen before? Obviously I didn't and now I'm pissed. This happened twice cause I seen another truck and inquired about it and same exact scenario. I then contact keystone about the issue. I received 2 different replies from the dealership, one stating that should've been brought to my attention at settlement and I replied I can assure you I would've never bought the truck if it was and the second thing I was told by my salesman is we never give out that info, it's on our website. Wtf, if it's on your website and so is the price why did I need a salesman, I thought they were there to tell the buyer about the vehicle. I'm then put into contact with the manager Clint Castellar that listens to my issue and seemed very understanding and tells me this should never have happened and he's going to do something to make it right and he'll call me back Monday of the following week. Monday comes around no call, Tuesday comes, no call wednesday I make 2 calls back and leave a message and get no call back (wow you're doing great at helping the situation). I then send an email after another 2-3 days of no reply I send a semi nasty email asking for a reply. I get some Bs reply that they are looking but not having any luck at finding anything. Fast forward 4 months later still waiting and can't even get a reply by email. Terrible customer service when they're the ones that "assured" me they understood and were going to do something. I don't like to let bad reviews but when someone says they'll help then can't even have the decency to reply to emails or phone calls because they know they did wrong, it's highly frustrating.

Let me be clear that this review is only for The service center. I made a appointment for my car at 8:15 AM. I dropped it off early as a courtesy. When I called at lunchtime my car was still not even started. When I called at 3 PM my car was not done. Finally my car was done at 4 PM. In the meantime I was late for my second job . Please note that I had an appointment at 8:15 AM. When I picked up my car the brakes were not working properly I was almost in an accident because the brake pedal was very loose. I brought it back the next morning and they looked at it and they basically told me that it was fine and nothing was wrong with it and well lo and behold I took it somewhere else and they discovered something was wrong with it. The service manager made it sound like I didn’t know what I was talking about in my own car that I have driven for over a year. And if I can avoid it I will never go back here again for car service. Let me just say that their sales team is fabulous.Service: Brakes

Service center is horrible. Built a bronco in nov. just got it. Been back to dealership 3 times already for issues. The accessories are a joke. Everything is held on with stickers. Even the "bolt on". Fender flares. Junk. Don't buy from here or a ford in general

My truck broke down 4000 miles after purchasing it. I took my truck to Buchanan auto. They shipped my truck to keystone for repairs. It took this dealer's 1.5 months to fix my car. I was going to purchase a new f150 from keystone but I noticed my door was smashed in on my current truck that they are repairing. Stacey with service told me to shove it, he is not fixing my vehicle. I will not be purchasing my new fleet from Ford this year. Worst dealership iv ever had an experience with.
