Courtious, respectful counter person, and a knowledgeable mechanic on my car. Knowing I am an aircraft mechanic and expressed my needs for the visit, I was treated fairly.
The mechanic personally shared his findings and recommendations with me, we arrived at the proper fix and my car was completed.
I noticed the shop at Keystone Quick Lane is very clean and tidy, a reflection of their work attitude.
Tired of being ripped off with inferior aftermarket Chinese junk, I went to a Ford dealer and paid a few dollars more for quality USA made Ford parts.
My daily work vehicle is perfect!

UPDATE: On a recent service I got a call from the manager inquiring how my latest visit went. I explained the reason for my visit and the manager refunded my service charge without me even requesting it! Now, how often do you find that kind of service? Thank you Keystone Quik-Lane!
UPDATE: Sway bar bushings require the lower subframe to be lowered. The mechanic at Quik Lube encountered rusted brackets and bolts that required a penetrant soak overnight.
The mechanic gave me a ride home and finished my car first thing the next morning!
Certified Auto Mechanics at Quik Lube saved hard to find brackets and hardware saving me the additional cost of replacing accessories.
The counter honored their estimate and even though the job ran over in hours, I paid a very agreeable cost for another professional job.

We purchased a used car through Keystone Ford and worked with Shelly. They were very transparent and Shelly was great to work with through the whole process. I thought it would take multiple trips to purchase a car and they made it happen in one evening! Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

My husband and I bought a truck from Keystone. We live 5-6 hours away depending on traffic. I wasn't able to go but they got my husband in and out in just under 2 hours. Taylor was our salesman. He explained to me that everyone was super nice and courteous. The truck was detailed prior and they filled up the tank while he waited. Top notch!
