This is our 3 car purchase from Keystone Ford. The staff there is always super friendly and helpful. We have had a great experience every time and always get quality vehicles.

Buyer beware. Back in 2021 I found what I thought was a nice F250 Lariat at keystone Ford so I inquired about it. The truck only had 17,000 miles on it at the time and was in very nice condition. Made a deal and bought the truck using Frank Blood as my salesman. I felt that I was buying at a reputable dealer that wouldn't try to hide things, and not to mention, the same dealer we use at my part time job for buying vehicles through, wrong. Fast forward about 2 years later, I see another truck that catches my eye so I inquire about it. That dealer comes back with a lower trade value than I ever expected so I questioned why. He says do you know that your truck was stolen before? Obviously I didn't and now I'm pissed. This happened twice cause I seen another truck and inquired about it and same exact scenario. I then contact keystone about the issue. I received 2 different replies from the dealership, one stating that should've been brought to my attention at settlement and I replied I can assure you I would've never bought the truck if it was and the second thing I was told by my salesman is we never give out that info, it's on our website. Wtf, if it's on your website and so is the price why did I need a salesman, I thought they were there to tell the buyer about the vehicle. I'm then put into contact with the manager Clint Castellar that listens to my issue and seemed very understanding and tells me this should never have happened and he's going to do something to make it right and he'll call me back Monday of the following week. Monday comes around no call, Tuesday comes, no call wednesday I make 2 calls back and leave a message and get no call back (wow you're doing great at helping the situation). I then send an email after another 2-3 days of no reply I send a semi nasty email asking for a reply. I get some Bs reply that they are looking but not having any luck at finding anything. Fast forward 4 months later still waiting and can't even get a reply by email. Terrible customer service when they're the ones that "assured" me they understood and were going to do something. I don't like to let bad reviews but when someone says they'll help then can't even have the decency to reply to emails or phone calls because they know they did wrong, it's highly frustrating.

It was awesome having the mobile service. It would have taken me a 1/2 hour drive to the shop x2 and waiting a couple of hours for the work to be done. This is a wonderful option.

Have now had my vehicle in to them 3 times over the past few years for manufacturing defects and recalls. On two of those occasions, they have taken several months to run the diagnostics and/or complete the repairs.My car has currently been sitting in their lot for 3 1/2 months, and they have still not even run diagnostics on it. They have made assurances that they would get to it "in the next couple days" on at least 4 occasions separated by multiple weeks. It has now been nearly 3 months since the first of those assurances, but it is still sitting untouched in their parking lot. During this time, their sales department has sent multiple e-mails asking if I would be interested in buying a new car, and I have received multiple letters in the mail reminding me about upcoming regularly-scheduled maintenance and open recalls, prompting me to get the service scheduled at Keystone.I have no idea how a business continues to operate with this level of incompetence.

I’ve purchased many vehicles over the years but my experience with my salesman Frank Blood was smooth and a very easy one. After signing paperwork to purchase my vehicle I excitedly hopped in to drive home. It was only then I noticed a very easy to miss issue with my touch screen radio. Frank came right back out, checked it out and within at most two minutes he issued me paperwork to present to service about my problem. It wasn’t a cheap or quick fix. However, I was able to get a great loaner to drive while the issue was solved. The bill on the issue was around $1800 to fix. I PAID ZERO!! Communication was great during the time to fix and was super easy and made everything very low stress. I would never hesitate to return to purchase another I would certainly look for Frank when I do!

I have purchased numerous vehicles from Keystone Ford and they are always great to deal with in every aspect! I will always look for a new or used vehicle at Keystone before I look anywhere else.

Do not return calls. Has had my car for months and still not done anything. Called corporate, they called with solutions, still nothing. I am a single mom with special needs children and this is my only transportation. I will never deal with them again after this.

Terrible. Won't be going back. Everyone acts like youre just a pain while there. Im having problems with a 2021 Ford transit. Tried to set up a appointment over the phone, left my info, no call back for days. So I stopped in. Was able to schedule to have it looked at 2 weeks away. Showed up and waited 2 hours. Said it needs parts, they'll call me when they're in. In the meantime they lost my key fob for my personal jeep. All I got from them was "we can't find it." No sorry or nothing. Here we are almost 4 weeks later with no call. I call in, they forgot to order the parts. Then they try to schedule me 2 weeks from now yet again. No. I asked to pick up the part myself, being a mechanic and they said no due to warranty work. I'm gonna try the other two Ford dealerships in the area.

Did not have a good experience at this dealership on an attempted repair. Took to them to get an estimate on a repair to the ac system. Extremely hard to get ahold of the service department. Did not get back to me the day they said they would. When they did call me with an estimate they hadn't even looked at the AC system but a totally unrelated issue I hadn't even asked them to address. Took another day to get the AC estimate. Which then came in double of any other local shop. I don't like to leave poor reviews but did not have a good experience here.

I will never purchase or have a vehicle serviced at this location again.I had an online appointment for my Kia for 11:30, plus I got a confirmation. When I arrived I was told not to use the online system. Then I was given to Richard because he handles fleet cars. Richard stated he does not do online appointments and could squeeze me in several hours later.I purchased a Ford Edge here over a year ago and never had problems getting my fleet car serviced. Richard was very rude and inflexible. He should be fired. I will ensure the Fleet company is aware of this location and Keystone will never have my business again.

I received and email from Keystone Ford about buying a new vehicle , so I called and spoke to Jack the salesman told him what I had and what I wanted to keep my payment at and he was able to give me a great deal on a 2023 Bronco, I am very happy ! If you are looking about buying I suggest you go through Jack as he is up front and does an awesome job to get you what you want!!

As my wife posted on a social media site, sometimes "Thank you" isn't enough. Bottom line, THANK YOU Clayton, Clint, Sam, and Jack with Keystone Ford!In late April one of our vehicles broke down. That same day Clayton heard what happened and contacted my wife to see what Keystone Ford could do to assist. Unheard of!This vehicle was just the latest vehicle we have purchased from Keystone Ford. Within a couple days and multiple conversations with the Keystone Ford team, we had a plan in place and a resolution that was more than we could have ever expected or asked for.What started as a lousy situation for us, ended with our deepest respect and thanks to the Keystone Ford team. We cannot express enough gratitude to Clayton, Clint, Sam, Jack and the entire Keystone Ford team. You have our complete trust and we will absolutely purchase more vehicles from Keystone Ford!
