My doctor Christine pyne is the best nurses are friendly but the front desk people are so unprofessional the guy has no people skills at all the thick Spanish girl with curly hair has no people skills smh …. the thin shorter lady not sure if she is Latina or African American but she is the best I’ve seen at front desk she is the only one I can say is professional and is good at her job

I wouldn’t recommend going here. The MAs are rude, and you can tell they don’t want to be there. If you don’t like your job, then quit. It makes it hard for people who have a fear of doctors offices to begin with. They’ll have their staff call you to cancel your appointment so they don’t have to take care of you. I had a someone ask me if I wanted to cancel. I assumed they were busy but nope, when I arrived the lobby was completely empty. Everyone acted annoyed that I kept my appointment. I shouldn’t have to feel like a burden at a place that’s supposed to feel welcoming.

Not only am I extremely pleased with a care of keystone Dr Whitlock is most amazing human being I've ever met she's not only cares about her patience she deeply wants to help the staff is second to none and not only do their job but they do it with a sense of humor a sense of kindness you are the important when you walk into that office to be very honest Dr Whitlock actually is the one that gave me the reason to keep going her care is second to none and I respect her I admire her and I am grateful to God that she is my doctor folks keystone health knows how to take care of patients please go to them you will not be the same afterwards
