This location always has what I need, the problem is trying to navigate the store with it. The aisles are always cluttered. I was able to get smaller items this week at this location but I had to go to another store to get larger items after I gave up looking for a path I could get them through to the checkout.

At Lowe's review request, I contacted the customer service department and spoke with Deniesha, who advised that they couldn't help because the purchase was completed in store. I was confused because my review stated it was in store, but Lowe's asked me for a second chance and requested I contact them to assist with my return. My previous review stands. I will be avoiding this business due to them catering to criminals and not customers. Accounts closed due to Lowe's lack of customer service.

The new Lowe's return policy is a joke. They let people steal from the stores but refuse to process returns from the honest people who made a purchase and just don't have a receipt. They use your state ID so I'm not sure I understand the big deal.

Had to go to multiple locations to find out even after being directed to another store the inventory was wrong. Spent over 3 hours driving and waiting around for customer service.

Made numerous visits in one day to get burner aprons for my daughter's outdated GE electric cook top. Had to give everything a good cleaning and lining with foil. Lowes had what I needed for every brand but GE.

Shout out to Terry in the flooring department. I called about a product which showed was in stock but others could not locate it. He went the extra mile to locate it and have it ready for me to pick up the same day! Thanks Terry!!

The Special order pick up counter is a joke here. Their customer service is very lacking. I ordered a $270 gorilla cart online and did not want it assembled because I did not want any dirty display models. The pick-up counter clerk had to go to the back to get the cart even though my online order said that it was ready for me at the front desk. When he turned up again, he brought out a fully assembled unit. It was dirty with rusted bolt connections and chips out of the painted metal components. I explained that I didn't want one assembled. He said there were only two more, and, of those two, one was assembled as well, and the other was missing. I asked to have this one marked down to $100 due to the wear of the unit, and he refused. I asked for a refund and went across the street to Tractor Supply, where I found exactly what I wanted and much better customer service to help me with the transaction. Nice going, Blowes.

Ordered shower door 8 days ago. Given a 8-8 delivery window. Scheduled delivery updated to 4-8. The thing is it started out 5 miles from my house at 7am. Went 1 1/2 hours north. Started working it's way back. Got within 5 miles of my house AGAIN. Well then went 40 minutes south of me then from there went 30 miles east. These delivery guys must be smoking crack. I will NEVER use Lowes again. To top it off I had a contractor set up for installation. SMFH!
