“This Wellspan office provided the best lab experience I have ever had! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a cheerful smile and seated in a clean waiting area. The receptionist (Wanda) was friendly and efficient, and she quickly had me checked in. I have notoriously difficult to access veins, but the technician (Cherie) was calm and confident and very skillful. I was in and out of the office is under five minutes. I was especially grateful for the excellent service at this Wellspan Lab location because I was dealing with them very early in the morning before I had any coffee!”

“As a former Labcorp patient, my first visit to Quest was a nice change! This site was clean and orderly, appointment scheduling was easy and convenient, the phlebotomist was efficient and professional, and I was in and out in 15mins from my scheduled appointment time. Though there is no receptionist, and check-in is done electronically, I do like the flexibility of waiting where I'm comfortable until my appointment time.”
