The cashier was very sweet and quick to greet me as I walked towards the front and even when I entered. Very courteous. The store was really clean and organized. I like this michaels!

Really wish everything didn't go to self check out. They acted like you're a bother if you need help during check out. Definitely will shop online from now on unless it's just to waste time.
