I took my car to Miners Auto I was greeted by Tim himself, I explained that the car needed a timing chain. He suggested that we just replace the entire engine since the price was going to be around the same price. I agreed. He found an engine that he said had 57,000 miles on it. And for an extra amount he was able to get a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty. I agreed. Well that was October. The car started making noise and running rough about 3 weeks ago. We dropped it off in hopes to get it fixed. We were sent through several different loops and complied with everything that was asked of us. Our car sat for 3 weeks and still no diagnosis of any sorts. I go in to ask about the car and he says he's not doing it! Said he doesn't have the personal to do it. But he sure had the personal to replace it when he was getting paid! I would NEVER refer/or take any of my vehicles to him again. This shop does NOT stand behind their work and do not take responsibility for their actions. Now we have to take them to small claims court.

Cars wouldn't sit on the lot for months if they knew now to answer phone calls and emails. Cars we inquired about 8 months ago still sitting on lot unsold. Guess that's what is to be expected when selling high mileage cars for more than black book value. Don't waste your time with these folks.

They were so very helpful! Tammy answered all of my questions and was super patient as I navigated the insurance paperwork. They addressed some concerns that I had about the vehicle and made sure everything was good to go before purchasing. Thanks so much!

Great and friendly staff just bought a great 2005 dodge dakota from them for only 4500. On top of that since i live in MD i had to get it reinspected by MD and MD inspection said I needed lower ball bearings to pass so even though they didn't have to the owner of miners auto put on brand new lower ball bearings for me so I could pass MD inspection for absolute free. So not only is this dealership friendly and understanding but if you live out of state they will do what they can to help you get tags and pass the inspection for your state if you live outside PA. Hands down one of the best dealerships to buy from in PA.

I was please with buying a car from this place, despite paying 20% interest, until I decided to trade it in. I moved from one state to another and on 6/10/19 I switched insurance from one branch to another. Reported to this said branch that I had to have full cover as there is still a lein against the vehicle. I was told by this said branch they would notify miners of my coverage: IE; binder. I owed less than $500 on this vehicle and traded it in to a professional dealership on 6/22/19. I was called by Mrs. Miner on 6/24/19 and received a hasty voicemail that she got an email stating i canceled my insurance and they were going to repossess the vehicle. I called her back and told her I had traded the vehicle in two days prior and today (6/24/19) was returning my tags and then cancelling the insurance. I thought all was taken care of until today, 7/8/19 when miners decided to transact $150.00 from my bank account as a vehicle payment. Mr. Miner spoke with (more like cursed and screamed per their phone recordings) the new dealership and verified that I in fact did trade this vehicle in on said date but still issued a repossession after knowing this vehicle was traded and then proceeded to take money from my account knowing the vehicle was traded in. So I drove 74 miles to their location to resolve this', (which was all recorded on video/audio) where mrs. Miner called mr. Miner who I was put on the phone with, then threatened me with going to court, said it was all my fault the new dealer didn't call him or send the pay off check and gps within ten days, and all my fault my insurance didn't send a binder. Then they both tried to tell me I nulled the contract as I didn't carry coverage where mrs. Miner herself called my insurance and verified that I infact did have insurance with no time lapse on the dates in question.. Now they are trying to stick me with a reported $400 repo fee and another ( now disputed with my bank) bi-weekly payment for a vehicle that is no longer legally mine.

A good friend of mine purchased car here. First day she had it the check engine light came on he offered to fix it for free. Before we could get the car in to be fixed the starter went out he came and got it with tow truck and took it to the garage of his choice and said she would have to pay tow fee plus the cost of repair. We could have fixed it ourselves if we would have known he wouldn't cover repairs after only having car for about thirty days. Think she got a lemon
