I'm a over the road truck driver and decided to open a business account today on my break. So I went here and waited with expectation of opening a business account. The first lady acted impatiently and asked me to forward info to her email, an come back next week sometime. I told her I cant do that. I looked at the time it was only 2:30 pm. They close at 5pm. I asked are you rushing me?? She said no take your time we can sit here if you like. Sarcastically. I was waiting on my phone pulling up email to forward info. The lady stepped out and came back in the office stating the branch manager will help you instead ok? I'm like ok then. Got up and sat in front of the branch manager guy. Let's fast forward.. After forwarding over very private business info to the bank manager as asked AND he looked up business to and confirmed... Even gave my website. I was told this is a good idea, referring to my business..... Then said I can not open an account because of deposit. Now while I waited when I FIRST walked in to the bank, I asked was apple pay excepted they said no that I'll have 30 days to put deposit into account. However after my business info was given and proven I was told I need a deposit right now. The deposit wasn't a issue for me. I just didn't bring a physical card. The bank manager also encouraged me to go to Wells Fargo where my personal account is. So wells fargo was 40 min away and I had to catch a lyft. I went to another close bank and had no issues opening up my new business account! I will be adding fraud detection. Very uncomfortable vibe. Guess I didn't look the part. At least I was given well wishes on the way out the door for my business thanks....

Not a bad bank. Just a lot of restrictions on your debit card and your savings account. Can't use card on Walmart or Target. They automatically block charges from those sites. And if you take out from your savings too many times in a month you get charged a few. Last one I got hit with was higher end of 50 or 60

I been to this branch twice now and both times different ladies, both rude and did not want to help me. This last one made me wait for no reason. She sent me to customer services just because she could not print a statement. Definitely not going there ever again and do not recommend.
