If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. Made an appointment, they called and cancelled so I rescheduled. Received an email to confirm the day before, I confirmed the appointment. At 4:05pm that same day was contacted by them to reschedule my appointment. I was told that my appointment had already been given to someone since l didn't confirm. They tried to get me to reschedule to an earlier time but I work so l could not. So after a snippy response by them stating their "policy" regarding confirming, I stated forget it l will find somewhere else to go, and hung up.K. Thomas Crider

Had issues with the women working on 08/31 at 3pm. Would like for corporate to get ahold of me. Very rude and was purposely ignoring my phone calls. Ended up missing my appointment cause of her.

I am done with this business. While doctors are wonderful, the product quality and customer service are horrific. Two of the last three pairs of glasses that I have purchased from them either broke or the finish peeled off just out of warranty. The current pair of glasses cost nearly $600. The coating on the frames peeled and I had to use touch up paint. Despite spending thousands of dollars with them, over the past few years, for contacts and glasses for my family, they wouldn't cut me a break. They did, however offer to have me pay for another appointment. The business is a joke.

Had the most amazing experience at the My Eye Doctor Wayne Ave, Chambersburg PA store. Your two employees, Tammy and Haley, are exceptional employees. They both went above and beyond to assist me in buying and fitting my aunt, who has medical issues, with new glasses. Without their assistance, I would not have been able to get glasses for my aunt. I am so appreciative of their patience and understanding and their desire to be so helpful. They are a credit to the My Eye Doctor company. I will tell all my friends and family of my experience in your store and highly recommend that they come their when they need to buy glasses.

Was over charged initially and then when I came to pick up my glasses the customer service person was so rude when I told her I couldn't see out of the progressive lens

Worst service ever will not be going back to them. You have to pay in full to pick up glasses and then after you paid in full and pick up your glasses they try to bill you for more money for services you did not receive. I am Still indispute with them half a year later when they double charged me for my daughters lenses.that I have not received stay away fro.my eye doctor

Love the face to face staff. Dr. Wilson was excellent and made me excited to go through yet again another prescription change. The front end service was always enjoyable, and I have 7 pairs. Lab is super efficient as well for turnaround time.

I have never written a review but after the experience I had at this location yesterday I feel that something should be said. I had a client in for an appointment yesterday while waiting to be seen by the doctor I overheard two women talking extremely negatively at the front desk about an employee that had just received a write up. The one lady then went over to the employees desk and gave her some papers and as that employee was talking to the woman the woman literally turned around and walked away from her and refused to acknowledge that the employee was even speaking to her. The woman then went back to her chair behind the desk and the two women continued to talk badly about the employee. After my client saw the doctor and was picking out glasses I asked my optician who those two women were. The optician said that it was the general manager and the district manager. I was completely flabbergasted that that is how they treat and talk about their employees. I always wondered why every time I go there (which is 6 or 7 times a year due to my job) there seems to be a new batch of employees. I am purposely not putting that employees name in here to protect her identity (considering her manager nor district manager cared to do so). I really hope this review gets some help for those employees who are always so nice and friendly when I’m there.

Very loud conversations by front desk and opticians about things going wrong, mistakes being made, and held a meeting out in the open with a newer employee about things they were missing and what needed to change. Very unprofessional.Additionally, I was told I needed to change my contact lenses (I had been using one brand for over ten years) and they gave me a trial pair to try out to see if I liked them. Optician told me I needed to pay for the new contacts then, but they would put the order on hold in case I didn't like them. I called today to have them go ahead and place the order and they said they already had. What if those hadn't worked for me?Why do I also need to pay ahead of time?

Unless you are familiar with this office,it is hard to find. It sits behind Dunkin Donuts.Stopped in to see if I could get my glasses fixed on Black Friday. I am from out of the area and I really needed to get them straightened out. They had fallen and the frame and nose piece were twisted out of shape. I only had to wait about 10 minutes and one of the employees came out to see what I needed. I told him,he took my glasses after I signed a waiver as I had not bought my glasses there and within minutes, a young lady , Jenni,came out with my glasses, totally repaired and adjusted better than was done by my own optician. Totally satisfied. Lots of selections for frames .

My visit was top notch! The staff and doctors were friendly and professional. Everything was explained in detail including the photo they took of my eyes.
