From the moment we walked in we were helped by very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Derek went above and beyond helping me pick out glasses and leading me to what looked best for my face. The help was invaluable! I’d go back to him any day! Thanks to the entire staff at the Gateway location!

The furnishings in the exam rooms are all torn up, and I didn't want to sit on them. Then while being waited on to order my contacts, my clerk interrupted our talking to wait on 2 separate people that came in after me. Why was I not important enough to stay with till we were finished? No apology or mention of it at all.

First time going to Gateway office. They were polite and efficient from check in. Barry was a sweet heart and amazing while I picked out new frames. All staff was polite and knowledgeable!
