I was experiencing a unique water chemistry problem that was becoming increasingly frustrating. The Outdoor Living team was extraordinarily helpful in working through the issue step by step, making recommendations and suggestions on what to use and steps to take. They were patient, courteous and empathized with the situation as it appeared to be fairly unique. In the end their perseverance to find a solution was rewarded and now my water chemistry is perfect and it’s crystal clear. Outdoor Living in exceptional example of true customer service because they really care.

This has nothing to do with a purchase but the driving of an employee or owner. On October 17, 2023 at 8:10 am on LWW, I exited 81 and was driving past McDonalds in the left lane (where I should be, the right lane ends) and a person from this company INSISTED on being in the right lane trying to cut me off and almost forced me into oncoming traffic. He proceeded to drive way faster than the 40 mph and ran a red light. Totally reckless and could have easily caused injury or death. Get control!!!You need to get your facts straight, yes I did have a red light and when I looked, it was clear. YOU were flying and came out of nowhere!!!! Yes, it is a merging lane...YOU to merge left, I was in the left lane where I should have been, you came flying up to the right of me. WHATEVER, you know what you did and proceeded to drive erratically after passing me and running a red light, yes I watched you run a red light. Trying to change to story and cover yourself.

When you’re going to spend a substantial amount of money on something purely recreational and therapeutic you want to feel great about that purchase. You’re going to have questions; you’re going to want the best product you can afford; you’re going to want to know that you’ll have help afterwards. Outdoor Living provides that and more. Kim was awesome, from showing us how all the PDC models stacked up comparatively, to being patient in how long we needed to wait to make that purchase. She informed us on what we needed to have done in preparation, and has been just a phone call or drop in visit away after the sale and install. Her entire family, who owns and operates the business, has been awesome. There’s really no other word to use! We even learned about the inner workings of PDC, the manufacturer of our hot tub. Bottom line - they’re great people and I find excuses to drop in and chat with Kim. We could not be any happier!!!

The lady at the counter was not only rude and unpleasant but continued to eat her sandwich as we were there for assistance in purchasing/ordering a filter for our hot tub. It was clear after speaking with her briefly we were an inconvenience and she did not want to help us.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience buying a hot tub. They were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. No pressure to buy. Kim and Mike were great to work with. Speedy delivery and set up. We are really enjoying our new hot tub. Thanks Outdoor Living for a positive experience!

I would not recommend buying anything from these people. Are they seemed very friendly and their family-owned business. I had reserved a time to come in and pick up a hot tub. I previously put $1,000 down so that I would have this hot tub saved and specifically told them which one I wanted. When I showed up the hot tub that I initially wanted was not available and then when I spoke to them further the price had gone up over $1,000 from what I was quoted. I understand that they were small family owned business but when somebody gives you a price for something it should be that price.After the response from the owners of the company, I thought I should add a follow up. One of the owners. I'm not sure what her name was. Was not the one I had initially dealt with. She was the one that I made contact with when I walked into the shop. Had her customer service and response to my surprise over the price change been as polite and courteous as the response to my review then I probably would have given in and got in the hot tub. But the professionalism of this unknown female was lacking. She was rude and argumentative and was not willing to attempt to try to help the situation.

3 wks ago I was told by ur staff u would be at the ship fair with the best prices of the yr. I waited and cameTo the fair. After paying 5.00 to park and walking way further than i wanted, i have Parkinson disease only to find the stand closed. The office has no idea what ur hours are. I came to buy today. Dont advertise something u cant deliver. At the very least have ur hours posted on ur stamd.sha.e on youto the fair.

Put an order in for a hot tub yesterday. Kim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She definitely knew what she was talking about!! Big plus is knowing that the hot tub was built in the USA! Her "helper" Harper did a great job as well!! If you're in the market for a hot tub, check them out!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I work for a pool company and normally go to flhors pools but they are out of chlorine and I decided to give this place a shot. I was greeted by an bigger older woman, asked her if they had 1 inch tablets of chlorine and she stated they didn't. I was like "man, I work for a pool company and travel to do services, the chlorine shortage just socks right now." Just bantering back and forth... she figures out who I work for and says... " well I have no ambition to help him (my boss) out since he only uses me when he can't get something at flhors." Then waves me off like a get shoo, go away gesture and turns around without saying another word and walks away. I am appalled that as a small business who most likely was affected by the pandemic thinks it is ok to treat paying customers like this. Worst customer service ever!

I can’t say enough good about this business!! I am a new hot tub owner and was unsure what I needed and how to use it.Based on what I was looking for they guided me to what I needed, gave me options, and did not pressure me to add things I didn’t really need.The delivery was fantastic!! They explained everything, made sure I understood, and ensured I was comfortable.The best part was I felt like I was working with a friend and no matter what I needed they are always just a phone call away! Their customer service is the best I have experienced in a long time!!What a breath of fresh air!! I very highly recommend them!!!

This is by far one of the best places I have done business with in a long time. They sold me just what I needed, no pressure for anything more than I needed, the delivery was very smooth, they throughly explained everything, made sure I understood, and insisted that I can call anytime with any questions or concerns.

Outdoor Living is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. They answered all our questions as we searched for the perfect hot tub to serve our family for years to come. They get an A++ from us!Our kids are loving the hot tub as much as we are. Us parents are moving around better and experiencing less aches, pains, and headaches. Definitely worth our investment and a wonderful and comfy way to relax after a busy day.
