I paid for all the pampering extras... His collar was missing when I went to pick my dog up and no bandana was on him which was included in the "summer" package... Also, don't expect to receive the cookie or coupon book either. I paid extra to receive these "extras"

We have been taking our pit mix here for a little over a year and always thought they’ve done a great job. I’m not usually one to leave reviews but our last “pawdicure” was very disappointing. His nails were cut way too short, they weren’t grinded, his paw pads weren’t cleaned up, and his ears were barely cleaned. He also wasn’t given a banana. We always get this package so we know what comes with it and none of this was done. There were no other customers but you could tell the girl just wanted to get it done and made us feel like an inconvenience.
