I attempted to make an appointment online, and after 3 failed attempts I called. After a 20-minute long, painful process, I had my appointment for 9:00 am on a Wednesday. I arrived, after a 30 minute drive, for the appointment at 8:30 am on that Wednesday, only to find a sign on the door stating the facility was closed due to a heating issue. At no point prior to this did I receive a phone call, text, or email cancelling the appointment. At 9:01, after I had gotten back home, I received a cancellation call. Everything about trying to schedule an appointment was painful. The website required an account before scheduling; I attempted this multiple times with failures each time. Scheduling via phone was equally painful and slow. The lack of a cancellation in advance of the appointment time is reflective of a lack of customer service and frankly unacceptable.

By far the worst blood draw experience I have EVER HAD. I have never had a problem with blood work or had to be stuck twice in my entire life. The woman drawing used a giant needle, probably a 12 gauge, and missed my vein. She then fished around in my arm until I asked her to stop because it hurt. She then yelled at me and tried to say that it was my fault that the needle came out because I moved. I did not move until after I asked her to stop. She then was mad at me and tried to tell me she would not try again or draw my blood today. I was calm with her and asked her to use a smaller needle, she used a butterfly needle and was able to get it but she was shaking terribly and tried to send me out without covering the first puncture site while it was still actively bleeding. Her attitude was unacceptable and unprofessional.

Pathetic Experience!! Go elsewhere! I was just turned away from my 10 o'clock appt. because the Indian intern didn't understand what "business days" means. She said my appointment had expired. Just left there after 2nd appointment, had a different nurse and everything went fine. Condescending treatment by a non English speaking employee is unacceptable. Sad!

Awesome and fast. My advise is appointment and drivers license is needed to avoid long wait time. Way better experience than what I thought from the reviews

I was a little nervous coming here after reading the reviews. I must say in my experience, this was the fastest and most efficient lab I have ever been to.The phlebotomist was very communicative, friendly, quick and most importantly, precise!

Check-in is so easy. The technician was professional and very friendly. I didn't have an appointment but only waited a couple of minutes. Great experience!

Horrific phone systems. First minute of pre recording is about Covid. Then you go in circles trying to setup an appointment because they can refuse you until next appt time if you don’t make one. The system can’t understand half of what you say. Literally repeats 3 times then tells you to use keypad with each new prompt. After 3 calls and 10 minutes on the phone it hangs up on me.No matter what service is like once I get there they get a 1 star for customer service. I have had better luck on the phone with Comcast which says a lot.

My first impression is not a good one at all. As far as rating service, I will see how timely they are at my appointment. I will say their automated system & customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. I have spent my morning trying to get estimates on 14 labs ordered by my provider & have gotten the run around with no answers & treated on the phone like I was the bother when they really need to look at their service. It is unfortunate Wellspan Lab is so overpriced & Health Network Lab does not do the titers I need done or I would kick this place to the curb.

Lab technician unprofessional. No greeting, refused three requests, stating she was not responsible to make sure I received my lab results, "you have to go online and register yourself and I don't know how to do it". Very rude and unhelpful.

Terrible! I didn't have my insurance card, it's misplaced. I called my insurance who was willing to provide my member number and even fax a copy over. Brina gave me such attitude I let crying! It is not acceptable to get so upset over a patient trying to determine the best way to move forward when an issue arises. When I asked to speak to a manager she became very agitated. I was insanely nervous to even allow her to draw my blood, and she did with an attitude the entire time. I was uncomfortable, and she even put words in my mouth when filling out my chart claiming I said I wanted my labs regardless of insurance, which is untrue. I even called customer service who informed me to go back (Sabrina B). If I ever get labs done again I will ask for someone else or go to another Quest. Unbelievable.

Just had a frustrating experience with Quest. We made two 10:15 appointments for our two-year old twins. Upon arrival, there was no one at the desk. We used the electronic kiosk to check in for our scheduled appointment and it stated we had a 65 minute wait. Dumbfounded, we asked the harried lab tech as she came out of the door to get the next customer and she stated, "I'm the only one here. We will get to you when we can." One lady in the waiting room stated she had an 08:45 appointment and had to leave without being seen. That means she waited for 1 1/2 hours and still didn't get service. Terrible! Last point, why double book appointments with only one lab tech available.
