Absolutely crazy. People standing around and it took over an hour and a half after they took my vehicle back. 30 minutes after they tried to sell me an air filter. Told 45 minutes when I checked in. Done with this place

I purchased my ford focus in 2015 and used quicklane for my state inspection on a regular basis. This past experience will cause me not to go back ever again. They failed me for brakes, rotors and tires. Now I know my brakes and rotors needed fixed, but my tires were just purchased the year before. They were going to charge me over $1500 for new brakes and rotors, plus whatever it was going to cost for brand new tires. I told the gentleman to go ahead and fail me, knowing that I was going take it elsewhere for much cheaper. I took my car to another reputable shop who passed me on my tires, but did fail me on my brakes and rotors. The total bill was under $600. I feel like quicklane is not there for the customer and is only there to take advantage of people to make more money. My wife done tell me 7 months ago that you guys aren't the place to go, and I should have listened. Please refer to her review, Amber C

Devin was fabulous! We were on a road trip to Florida and blew a tire and he was so personable and professional making sure we got the help we needed with our tire. He went above and beyond! It was a very refreshing experience! Thank you Devin!

How about I go to get an oil change on my truck and when I get there it's closed and I look at the time and it was 5 o'clock and I see the sign on the door that they are open Monday through Friday from 8 in the morning until 6 in the evening. The truth is it's SHAMEFUL. They have a service that's useless and they're useless. The workshops that aren't prestigious do better work than those of the brand and other than that they charge as much as if they were a German brand.

I called and ask about state inspections. Kirk told me it'll be about an hour. I was in/out within an hour. Will return with my Bronco for regular service. Kirk provided outstanding customer service. You do not see that too often nowadays!

I had an issue with my 08 Escape. My SO spoke to Jesus on a Saturday and he encouraged us to stop back on Monday when a tech could take a look at it. I went in at 8am on Monday and my Escape was re-flashed and back on the road in an hour. Jesus was professional and explained everything well. I appreciate the quick and honest service!

Got my vehicle inspected here a few weeks ago. The experience was great, they took me as a walk in and had me in and out in about 90 minutes. The one star is because they're apparently owned by Keystone Ford next door, and they signed me up for marketing without my consent. My inspection experience was great, but this action cost them a customer for any other things my vehicle may need. Hopes of selling me a car cost them any hope of selling me any services I would have needed far sooner than a car.
EDIT: I did not go in for repairs. I went in for an inspection. At no time did anyone point out that my information would be provided to another business. Lose my information immediately, as you will never see me back at your shop. You're even using your response to my review to try and sell your cars. What a joke!

So thankful for this Quick Lane! Yesterday while I was out Christmas shopping I noticed my shield was coming off of the bottom of my car and getting close to dragging on the ground. I called Quicklane and was worried with it being so close to closing time that they wouldn’t have an opening for me. I talked to Devin Archer. He was so helpful. He had me come right over and got me in within a few minutes. They got my shield out back on and took care of everything. Very positive experience.

My family had a very disappointing experience with this company. My parents are older so I researched places for them to take their van that needed service. Initially, they quoted my parents a price that seemed reasonable, so they decided to proceed. However, once the work began, they added additional services without informing my parents, and they were not made aware that these would come with significant extra costs almost double the quote.
By the time the work was completed, the final bill was far higher than the original quote. When I asked about the charges, they claimed the extra work was necessary however they never took the time to explain this upfront or seek my parents approval.
My parents felt blindsided and misled. Clear communication about costs is basic professionalism, and this company completely failed in that regard. In the end they tried to justify by taking a small portion off but does not make up for the other thousands charged. We won’t be using their services again, and I would caution others to be very careful when dealing with them. Always demand a detailed breakdown in writing before proceeding, or you might end up with an unpleasant surprise like my parents did.
Very disappointing for a local shop to do this to small town customers.

Let’s see, where to begin. I made the appointment over the phone 2days in advance. I arrived at 12:40 for a 1pm appointment. The girl at the front desk was very snotty, rude and probably shouldn’t work with the public. She told me I didn’t have an appointment but I could wait a little while to have my truck inspected. I waited 4hours, I got out of there shortly after 4pm. No one said boo to me while I was there. I stood up to approach the counter, little miss personality yelled, “ your vehicle didn’t pass, yes I am talking to you “ while she stared at her computer. I wouldn’t go there again if they were giving there services away for free. Rude and disrespectful staff, no one updates you about anything. Another person waiting there was complaining to me about the service, he said he would never go back again. I hope he leaves a review. I do want to say I did talk to a woman who worked there, she did not approach me about anything, I was asking how much longer it would be. She wasn’t rude. I truly don’t know why anyone would bother going here. It’s not inexpensive and they have the worst customer service I ever experienced. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

When I got here the lady said it would be a 30 minute wait “if that” I’ve been sitting here for a hour and 15 minutes and they haven't even taken my car back yet. No one has mentioned a delay or apologized whatsoever. Has to be better options in the area.
