This nationwide office cares about its customers and reach out to make sure that they are providing the proper services to us as well as making sure we are getting the most value as possible.Great friendly customer service, kiera in mcconnellsburg pa office is awesome , quick efficient and very knowledgeable. Whenever there is a issue she is willing to assist, I did switch service providers a while back , but came back because nothing compares to the staff in the mcconellsburg office.

Stacey helped me find a new insurance that best fitted my needs. As a diabetic who takes a lot of meds she was able to find me an insurance that I pay a fraction of the price for all the meds and also I have no premiums. The other insurance I paid approximately $200 a month and that was just to have the insurance. I pay nothing now, I save that every month and my meds are cheaper. Thank you so much Stacey. Stacey at Shoemaker's Insurance is amazing! Two years ago when my insurance changed I was blessed to be connected with Stacey! She was so thorough and helped me find the very best policy for my situation.Then recently my family in NC desperately needed help with their insurance and I mentioned the help I received from Stacey. Even though they aren't in Pa.she took her time to find someone in NC. that would be as helpful. She was spot-on with her recommendation! My daughter said several times today "how is this possible?'
