The register person spent extra time on my purchase to make sure I received all the discounts and even helped me with the App. I was the last person in the store, and she took time to make sure I had the right product for my needs and the proper discount for the closing price

. I understand having several Amazon items to return can be time consuming (5 minutes at most) but does not warrant being treated like a burden.I usually have a very kind person when I’ve done Amazon returns in the past.I would rather pay the money to return items on Amazon to a different location than to come back to this staples to return something.

It's so incredibly easy to get online these days and buy things without seeing them. Staples is an example of a store that offers great products that you can physically see and touch and get an understanding of what you were buying. They have a great selection and very reasonable prices that match other retailers. The staff has always been very helpful and friendly. Well done.

Looking for a new laptop. Store associate was friendly and helped narrow my search. Didn't make a purchase yet but may be back after checking specs and other places for pricing. It is on sale, I just want to make sure it's going to meet my needs.

I am in this store all the time because of their copy machines and I refuse to get a printer because of waste with 4 kids. That printer center is busy, and I can’t imagine having to deal with all of the Amazon stuff on top of the copy center -the staff there have their hands more than full with multi tasking between jobs and people who don’t do “self serve” and Mail Drop centers. The staff who have been there a long time deserve a lot of credit; it’s not easy dealing with the public and I’ve seen them take some real abuse that is just now general public behavior. My jobs are always done right when I order and they are on time. Lisa is the most competent manager a place like that could ask for, she’s like the bionic woman of the print world! The staff are friendly and always ask if I need help if they aren’t swamped. I would say the only thing to improve would be more staff to help the very capable staff who are there currently. I have nothing but praise for the print desk. I don’t like that staples automatically changed the copiers to color, without manually changing my printing I often get charged a fortune because I forget to hit black and white- kind of a sneaky way for the corporate world to bump up their profit margins- but no problems with the staff-great job guys!

Well on Friday one would think if three people are getting service from the UPS center that the Staples lady would not cop an attitude. I’m not sure if it ever occurred the staff not everyone knows the procedure process. I guess it’s all self help with no instructions. Gezzzz what has happened to customer service. I can’t even imagine if the store was busy.

I went to The UPS desk to return 2 items but no employee was there. So I asked the store manager,Nate, if someone was available to help with my return. Nate appeared perturbed and said, “There IS someone there over there. She doesn’t have to sit there waiting!” So I went back over to UPS and there was still no one there. But shortly, a woman, Lisa, with bright red lipstick showed up and after a few minutes she said, “If you are returning, I am not doing it here, you have to go to UPS.” She did not say hello, just kept her stony face on. Both Lisa and Nate appear to be lazy, hateful and angry. I am contacting Staples Corporate and office and the company I made the original purchase from

I rarely go to Staples, but have been twice in the last week and was very impressed. I needed to drop of a package to ship via UPS and the associate was friendly and helpful. While I was there, I decided to look around since it had been a while since I was in here. I forgot how many cool things you can find here. I browsed the clearance section and found a couple of items that we ended up wanting more of, so I went back the next day for more.On my first trip, the young lady at check-out was very friendly and helpful. She got me set up with the app so I could link my online account and rewards. She even showed me around the app to get familiar with it. She took her time and was patient when my phone wouldn't cooperate for a moment. To me, she went above and beyond and I truly appreciate that. On my second trip, the cashier was also friendly and attentive and provided a positive experience. Even engaged in some small talk. This place seems laid back and staff must be treated well because they seem to be satisfied.The store was well stocked, everything in its place, nothing messy, and prices displayed clearly. Someone clearly takes pride in keeping this store neat. You may pay more here for some items you could get elsewhere, but the whole experience makes it worth it. Plus you have the convenience of dropping off packages for UPS here (and there's a FedEx bin right inside the door for drop offs).

This Staples has friendly, helpful employees. The aisles are labeled well and brightly-lit, so I can easily find what I'm looking for. The rewards program saves me a ton of money. It's also nice to order on the website. They ship fast and pack well.

I always go here to ship packages to my clients. I usually use poly mailers, but had to ship a few boxes for the first time today. We had some trouble with one of my packages but Jedera was so helpful and patient that it was easily solved. I was so impressed by her eagerness to help me that I immediately wrote her name down in my phone so that I would remember to leave some kind words.
