if you are thinking of renting from SunnyHill Properties please rethink your options. They are super intrusive landlords. They enter your apartment without permission . They disregarded my requests to give me some lead time into entering my place. There was rarely an emergency when they entered. They charged an enormous amount of money when I left. I went to court and nothing seemed to matter because the family is completely connected to the local court system. I questioned why these charges were made. They had the audacity to produce undated photos that were taken prior to the walk through saying the refrigerator was unclean. They added statements on the walk through paper that were not there when I signed. On top of all of this I had solid evidence on certain items but in court these items were dismissed. The stove never worked properly and they will lie and cheat to charge you and keep your security deposit. Please take my advice and please find another place to rent. It's not worth living in a place you have no privacy and one that will rip you off in the end. I read former reviews after I moved out that echo my review. Im writing this so others will know the truth about this place.

Overly intrusive.entered apartment with no notice or care while I was in bed. Charged crazy ridiculous charges on exit including a next month's rent. Never will reccomend or rent anything ever from them. The owner is nasty and petty and "old Chambersburg" In community so no way to fight or contend their statements. I've lived and rented in 4 states over the years and never had worse landlords.
