i worked here for nearly a year and was wrongfully fired. this is an awful place to work. i was being sexually harassed by a creepy bagger and when i reported it, nothing was done. the managers are awful to the staff. we are constantly insulted and belittled for purely the manager's amusement. i was being harassed to the point where i felt like i was in danger, and so i reported him again, and this time the manager, sharon, forced me to apologize him or else i would be fired. she wrongfully fired me for no reason other than reporting sexual harassment in the workplace. after firing me, she continues to bully and insult me to the other workers, calling me ugly and picking at my appearance as a joke. she is a grown woman, i am a child. the owner has done nothing to discipline her. she thinks that she has the power to fire and control everybody who works there and knows she will receive no consequences. do not work here. do not let your children work here, for their own safety. do not shop here.

Sadly, something has changed at Sunnyway and not for the better. Restroom was disgusting, floor was filthy, sink needed scoured. Hot food area was very dirty. My husband insisted on getting chicken fingers and they were super duper dry I'm pretty sure he regretted that one. Isn't there a time limit on how long hot food can sit before you have to throw it out?? The noodles on the top of noodle soup looked hard and discolored. It was an evening visit but this was just not the sunnyway I remembered. Bakery area is different as well. Things change, but this one doesn't seem to have been for the better.

I don't really get the appeal of this place. Prices are so-so and this location's produce is mediocre. I bought a cucumber that turned out to be punky, and a peach, which was not very sweet. The deli is pretty decent, and they have ready-made meals to go (okay taste). Overall, it serves a rural area, so there may not be a whole lot of options in the area.

Prices are lower on average than most chain stations. Buy food at the adjacent Sunnyway Market and get 10 cents off per gallon up to 30 gal per $100 food purchase. American sourced fuel delivered by local drivers.
