Came in and worked with Dave. Apple MacBook with the dreaded key caps falling off issue after a couple of months. Full AppleCare+ on the device. Made a reservation through Apple. When I arrived they wanted to charge me a $99 diagnostic fee, and told me it would likely cost me $300 for a keyboard replacement as AppleCare doesn't cover keyboard defects. This is even before looking at the issue in depth. Called them out on it, and the person helping me was a little too "grippy" with my device after I asked for it back. Got the device back into my hands navigating the awkward not letting go of my device, and called Apple immediately after. From some other reviews looks like they overcharge for covered warranty work, in hopes of getting a lien on peoples devices and selling it. Whatever their shady motivations Watch Out! Apple said absolutely covered under warranty and AppleCare+ accidental (if not a warranty repair) and would be $99 if it was damaged caused by me regardless of extent of damages. This place is a bunch of scammers, came here to support a local business instead of going to the mall Apple Store. I can only imagine what they do to older and less informed people. **UPDATE**: As expected, Apple shipped me out a box next day, shipped device in, and it came back next day. Keyboard fixed, no cost.

They were amazing with the communication of their store, the staff were friendly.The prices aren’t bad compared to what it would have been though apple support. David was also quick with getting my device fixed as well.Overall I respect the store and do recommend it without a doubt.No complaints.

Amazing customer service. These associates got my phone up in working in no time. After setting on the phone for a week with Apple with no luck it was nice to have someone really be able to dig into the root cause and get my phone up and working for me! I would 100% recommend them to anyone and if ever needed again I will come directly to Sunrise!

The crew at Sunrise was very helpful in helping me get my iPhone back up and running. But my biggest takeaway was the peace of mind they gave me. My MacBook was no longer recognizing my phone when plugged in, so I was unable to confirm if my phone had successfully backed up on my computer last night, or if my most recent backup was from 10 months ago. The fear that I had lost my son's photos and video's from his first year of life was enough to send me into a spiral. They were able to confirm that the backup was indeed successful, which gave me all the relief I needed to get through my day as they troubleshot my device. It did eventually need a factory reset, and I'm currently restoring my phone from that backup now. The diagnosis was also extremely affordable. Special shout outs to the owner, Eric, and Sunrise team members Henry + David.

John was a great help. Installed windows OS on my usb flash drive while other places wouldn’t do it unless I brought the computer. He was a great help for sure! Will definitely come back for more computer services if needed!

I had an issue with my IPhone being locked in restore mode and was unable to fix it myself. Sunrise fixed it within an hour, free of charge and good as new. Thanks David and Sunrise - very much appreciated.

Took my computer to this business to get help after Microsoft did a reset. Sunrise did an excellent, excellent job getting me up and running again in a very timely manner. Came home and forgot one thing so called them and they walked me through what I needed to do. Definitely will use them again and I recommend them!

In spite of their mixed reviews, I have dealt with these guys on multiple occasions, and never had any issues whatsoever. I’d rather deal with them than try to work with an Apple Store.

Be careful of prices quoted for work being done. I was told it’s $90 an hour to have the work done in your home. They were unable to do the work in my home but they offered to pick up the iPad for me. I didn’t realize they would charge the same, $90, for pickup. I had other work done here and they always transferred the info from one iPad to the next at no charge. That is now changed. They charged me $90 to transfer data and backup. Fortunately I have Apple Care + so I paid co-pay. When I questioned these charges I was told by a technician that they have to pay their workers. Their work was satisfactory but just be sure you understand their costs.

I am conflicted with this location. They fixed my MacBook Pro 2016 (vintage) super quick and it was a bit pricey but I’m sure that’s just the average cost to fix computers.A month after getting my computer fixed, the laptop crashed again in the same way as before. I understand that there’s a risk of wasting your money when fixing old computers. I just feel like when you get your computer back there should be better explanation on what happened and how to prevent it. Maybe that’s too much to ask since they’d be telling it to someone that knows very little about computer jargon.

We took a 2015 Apple Macbook to them because it had shut down. They stated that a wire had broken and that the motherboard was fried. I asked if data could be retrieved from the hard drive. They stated that the hard drive was also dead and data could not be retrieved. I took the Macbook to another company for a second opinion. This other company stated that the computer was fried and not salvageable, but that the hard drive could have information transferred from it to a new Macbook. This result forces me to question if I will ever take another computer to them again.

Customer service was amazing and it didn't take long to order my new device. i needed a new apple pencil and they took care of it with my warranty no problem

Terrible experience. I called Apple for an issue with my laptop keyboard and trackpad not responding, and I was away at school so they recommended Sunrise Computers to me. I went and they kept my computer overnight and charged me $80 and my laptop wasn’t even fixed when I got it back. I went to an ACTUAL Apple store and they ran the same tests as Sunrise did for FREE and were completely baffled at the fact that I was charged $80 and that what took Apple 5 minutes, took this place 1.5 hours. Such a scam. I wouldn’t recommend going to this place for repairs.

I brought MacBook pro with broken screen for an estimate. Apple quoted me $633.83 (including tax/shipping/etc), but I thought why not help a local business by taking it there instead? They charged me $42.35 to obtain an estimate and their estimate came to $763.31(including tax) That is $130 more than what Apple quoted including shipping/tax/etc. I decided to cut my loss ($42.35) and shipped it to Apple on Monday and received it back on Wednesday of the same week. Not a good value at all. I wasted my time and $42.35 by taking it here. I'd check with Apple first for any repairs.
