Came in today at 7:25pm and the “rep” that was on smoking in the front of the store came to us with all the cigarette smell and talk despective to me and my wife. The other HUGE mistake is that I asked this “rep” about my account and she dont know what she was doing, then she goes to this other “rep” that was sitting down with other customers and this “rep” named Brandon started talking about my account and amounts in front of other people that doesnt have to hear about my info. When I told him to come closer to me cause I dont want nobody else to hear about my private account, he only told me he was helping her, gave her the ipad and ignore us. Looking for another carrier, to gladly leave the stinkiest store in town. Dont mess with customers accounts….

My wife and I were not very impressed with the staff of this T-Mobile location at all. My wife's phone would not charge anymore, and she decided that it was time for her to get a new phone anyway. So, since we we're in Chambersburg already, we decided to stop here and see what they could do for her. When we first walked through the door, the staff dropped what they were doing to greet us and asked if we were all together. However, when they found out what my wife needed, they just kinda both went back to what they were doing. I assume since I'm pretty sure they work off of commission and we weren't new customers, they weren't interested, or at least that was how they acted "uninterested," that is. The female employee that, when asked, assisted my wife, was rude, to say the least. She was also very condescending when it came to my wife discussing with her what she saw online and the fact that it did not match up with what she was saying. Then she, instead of offering to be helpful and get things straightened out, just let us leave without anything being taken care of. Thanks for nothing. ?????

The most unhelpful staff. They had a single response of "call customer care" to every question we asked which included questions about bill, question about a different account than we originally walked in for, question about adding 2 new lines, question about upgrading our current phones. I wanted to sarcastically insult them, but even then they would have responded with call customer care instead of reflecting on their lack of knowledge and skills. They definitely lost business that day since we needed to add 2 new phones and 2 new lines to our business account and wanted to upgrade our 2 other personal phones. Being in a business myself, I don't go for writing bad reviews easily but shame on their bad customer service at this particular store.

Since Sprint/T-Mobile merger phone service is useless only 11 months to go before we’re out of our contract. Customer service was already a joke before and now it’s equally as useless as its phone services. Posting this from my iPhone 13 Pro Max over WiFi cause T-Mobile 5G never fails to fail me ??

Went with Mom to help with new service and phone, checking to see about new home internet too. Staff was very helpful in setting this up and being upfront on options and pricing. Great T-Mobile location.

Went in to open an account after getting off another persons account. 3 sprint reps told me I was cleared to open the account. T-Mobile rep refused to help me. Repeatedly claimed I had no idea what I was doing and that I had to call sprint. Argued for close to 20 mins and refused to open the account. Left the store and had sprint verify I was clear to open a new account (again) so I went to Verizon Down the street. They opened an account for me within 10 mins, with none of the issues T-Mobile claimed they would have.

We stopped in to transfer service from an old phone to a new one. Michael totally hooked it up and had the phone set up in no time. He also sorted out an account issue we had that other stores told us we had to sit on the phone with support in order to fix.

I had an issue with a promo not applying to my account recently. I went into the Gateway store and the manager, Aaron, pulled up my account saw what happened and got on the phone explaining what needed changed. The reps on the other end were not understanding what he was saying and continued dancing around what he was explaining. He continuously said “We need to make it right for the customer”. After about an hour and a couple more phone calls, Aaron made it right for the customer and I am getting my promo that was deserved. I am grateful for his persistence and help!Dan was also very helpful and knowledgeable when I purchased my phones. I will continue to purchase from this store.
