I felt so happy seeing all the live animals today. All the employees were so nice. All the pets in the store seem like there being taken care of so well. ❤ I'm a bird mom and I love how happy all the birds are here. I'm seriously considering getting my first dog ?

Very poor experience due to incompetent manager.Me and my girlfriend went into the pet store for a fun afternoon adventure, a place we have gone to in the past and have had no issues. Only this time the experience was quite different, two of us were adults with my sister being the exception, we had played with a dog and then were kicked out of the booth! And then the store! Because we were not the parent of my younger sister. The signs within the building do not clarify that you must be a parent, they clarify you must have an adult with you.The poor dog… treated like property and was taken right away from us in a heartless manner. This is all thanks to a manager’s ignorance to know their own store policies. I love the animals, wish I could take them all home with me! But this wonderful idea turned into an aggravating situation, and left me feeling bad for those little pups, I hope they get the chance they deserve!Edit: not all staff was terrible by any means, simply the managers attitude and approach with customers. What the business needs to fix: please fix the policy for the play areas within your store, if a parent must be present have it written on a sign. I am not opposed to returning, but I suggest to the business owner in finding a better equipped manager to handle customers and care for these lovely creatures.

I haven't bought an animal there yet but they have great service they're always super sweet to you. They have dog breeds that fit anyone. We went to The Pet Store and they had one dog that was super energetic and cute! There was another dog (I'm pretty sure from the same litter) was super sweet and chill. And for the hamster there was one there that was a little mean but overall they where all so sweet and cute. The bunny's are also pretty chill. There super cute too. The birds..... My favorite part tbh there so cute and they barely pecked. There super friendly. Even though I myself didn't get an animal (and I will one day preferably from The Pet Store) I'm guessing it would be worth the price so 5 stars for theexperience. (Imma try to get money for a bird.)

Friendly and knowledgeable staff make shopping a pleasant experience! A nice assortment of pets to play with and you should be able to find at least 90% of your pet supplies available here. Definitely recommend.

Dont waste you're time... Most products are grossly overpriced. Amazon, or chewy would save You probably 70%.This store would be a wonderful gem of a place, if their employees were a bit more welcoming and courteous. When I walked in the store, I said Hello to the employee nearest me, who said not a word back. There was one employee who was sort of helpful, but just barely.I was there looking for a few things for my many pets. We have 2 dogs, 3 cats, and a chinchilla. So there were a few things in different parts of this very small store that I needed to get. The entire time I was in there not a single employee asked if I needed help finding something, when I thought it was pretty obvious that I wasn't finding what I was looking for. Instead they just idled around just close enough that they could watch me, until finally the one when I noticed her watching me like a weirdo from the end of the isle, bustled over and Took the 3 small items i was having no problem holding in my hands the entire time I had been in the store, and said, "let me put these up front, so that you don't...." she stopped short, paused, and then awkwardly said, "drop it all onto the floor". Still didn't ask me if I needed help finding anything but stood at a distance watching me as if they thought I was going to steal something.I almost walked out of the store without purchasing anything at all because of the way I was treated from the moment I walked into the store. Like I was some kind of suspect. If you want to retain customers, you should train your employees on how to observe customers while still providing decent customer service. I definitely won't be coming back to this place. So rude and Stiff.

Stopped in the first time with our puppy (a pet store) and the manager or store worker asked rudley what are you looking for and then rudley said we only allow service dogs in our store because our puppies are still getting their vaccines. Please tell me how our puppy/dog and a service dog are different to puppies still getting their vaccines. One star so I could leave.a review

Just bought a hamster from them and they stuck the hamster in a box to go home in and then proceeded to stick it inside of a BAG, told them I’d just carry the hamster and gave the bag back. 2nd time this has happened, I bought a bunny a year ago and they did the same to her stuck her inside a box and put her inside of a bag.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We love our puppy. However, the price point that is set on these puppies, along with the hype about them being "AKC registerable" is extremely misleading. And this is coming from someone who has been in the pet industry in one form or another since 1989. All it would take is the name of the sire and the dam. If you are going to include the name of the breeder in the paperwork, why not just go that one extra step? What's there to hide? At 2 grand a puppy, it is only to be expected. AKC Canine Partners is something almost any mixed breed could be registered for. It means very little to nothing.

Very clean, staff was very friendly and welcoming. They have small animals, birds, puppies. There are Betta fish but no other aquarium fish for sale. They have a large selection of Betta products and small animal products, dog/ cat treats. The puppies in the enclosures looked well cared for. Smaller than it use to be before locating to new spot but still great place for pet owners.

Adopted a very healthy bunny, it’s just once you adopt from them, it’s final. I had an understanding that if I purchased vitamins for my bunny at the time of adoption that I would be able to get a refund or replacement. And I also saw signs in the cage that said 2 day replacement for adoptions. Well the fine print is that if the animal passes or something happens to it, then you get a replacement.Something happened at my home with having a bunny that I didn’t see coming, and I let them know with in a few hours of adoption and they told me not to bring it back and to take it to a shelter. That’s there policy. Also there is no contract that you sign at adoption or anything. Just be aware, that it’s Final.

This place doesn’t separate their animals by gender. I bought 2 rats and no one told me they were mixed in the tank. After a week, I noticed and they won’t take them back. Won’t be going back. Do not recommend.

Bought our Cavalier here just over a year ago. They do a great job at trying to connect healthy pets with owners. Before hating on this store remember it is the buyers responsibility to know and be able to care for their pets and that includes vet care and vaxing. Also includes knowing if a breed has possible heredity issues. Get insurance. Love this place and pets are a commitment.

I was sold a Jack Russell puppy for $2200. I was told it came with AKC paperwork when I went to register the puppy with the AKC I found out it was for the AKC mutts portion only. This is absolutely ridiculous and I would like this rectified I would like the AKC number so I can register the puppy accordingly. AKC partner is for mixed breeds. I was sold a puppy I was told was a pure bred. Seriously you don't think that is misleading.

We were here about a year ago. They sold us a kitten that was much too young. After we paid for the kitten and were about to leave, it had diarrhea. They passed this off as anxiety. However, it was barely handled. When we got home, we realized that it had fleas. Strangely enough, the store made claims that they are dewormed. We made an emergency vet appointment the next morning because it seemed frail.Unfortunately, our vet said that this is common for backyard breeding or pet mills. He was not optimistic about our kitten at all. He was too underweight for a vaccine or any sort of treatment. Basically, we were sent home without options for treatment and some emergency food. The next morning, it did not get any better. And he did not make it to the vet. It was terrible because I was there to see him draw his last breath. With confirmation from our vet, I contacted this store to which they only offered another free kitten. However, I am not interested in adopting pets from sources like these. I blame myself for not researching or understanding best practices more.I would've preferred a refund, but there is a cost to things like this. RIP little one.
