Terrible place, attitudes galore, a few are helpful but with the turnover of workers something is wrong, They now do not even do their job of contacting Drs. to refill prescriptions. One worker who was in the pharmacy a long time left it work elsewhere in this store.

The price of my prescription increased 50% from $22 to $33 since the last time I refilled it and the reason I was given by the pharmacy staff was it's a different brand yet signed up for Amazon pharmacy and got the same exact product and same exact brand for $14 delivered right to my door

There is one employee in the pharmacy that is great, Peggy! She is a gem! As for the rest of the place? They are continually cutting their hours back and they close at 7pm now. Their automated system is awful! I just tried using it for the second time and it is a total waste of your time and energy. I'm moving all my scripts out of here...my insurance and I don't need to be paying $$$$ a year to a pharmacy that often doesn't have my meds in stocks, can't be bothered to leave me on the texting system, and who doesn't care if I go days or weeks without vital meds. Besides, the long waiting in line to pick up meds is unnecessary. And I've been told before that they wouldn't bring my meds out to me because they "didn't have the staff"...so I don't forsee the curbside pickup lasting long.Edited: When they "transferred" my prescriptions, they didn't do it correctly, and just gave verbal orders and didn't tell the new pharmacy about special directions, which messed up my meds. And they are apparently longer answering the curbside pick-up phone line.

Staff is nice. I feel so bad for them. They have the patience of saints to deal with lines of Camo draiped pain pill addicts.

This place is an absolute joke. Not the first time I have had a negative experience with the employees-- I have been a week without my medication, now withdrawing-- because apparently, no one knows how to order a very common medication from their supplier. They call my doctor to try a different approach- 2 10 mg instead of 1 20, my insurance doesn't cover that and needed a prior auth. So multiple times after calling and driving 40 minutes just to get told I can't get my medication they want me to wait days longer and say "well things change". Mind you I gave them my name and they only gave me a completely different medication. I called in and they start providing me with information about someone that isn't even me but has a similar name. Everyone is completely unprofessional and rude other than the two older ladies at the front counter. I will be going elsewhere and will be telling everyone I know not to give their hard-earned money to a company that doesn't value the people keeping them in business.

ITEMS LISTED ON LINE AS IN STOCK, AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP. SHELF BARE. EMPLOYEE CHECKED STOCK ROOM BUT NONE FOUND. WASTE OF TIME. NOTED EXTREMELY LONG LINES AT CHECKOUTS, WORSE THAN LAST VISIT 5 DAYS AGO. THIS STORE IS VERY POORLY RUN. BEST TO AVOID.

I have had to go days or sometimes even WEEKS without my medication (medicine i’m told by my doctor that I shouldn’t miss a dose of and that I need to function properly might I add) because they never have it available. Whenever I ask them about it they make it seem like it’s my fault even though my doctor sent it in days ago and I received messages saying my prescription is waiting to be picked up. I would go somewhere else but this is the pharmacy closest to me. I definitely don’t recommend going here or trusting them with your prescriptions because they clearly don’t understand the concept of someone needing their medication on time.

I work at Walmart and get most of my medication through Walmart pharmacy. It's convenient and I've never had any issues with anyone

The staff is always friendly and helpful. All the pharmacist's are above notch. I cannot tell you how many times they have gone out of their way for me. Rob and Ethan (a pharmacist) are always available and answer my questions. Mary M.

I have been using the Walmart pharmacy for over 10 years and I am consistently disappointed, if zero stars were an option that's what they'd get. I will be changing pharmacies asap! Something I should have done long ago. I have signed up for the text alerts for when my scripts are ready. I have two prescription so I prefer to wait for them to both be ready as to only make one trip to the pharmacy. So can someone explain to me why I'm alerted to my two scripts being ready, (the texts were sent two days apart), I go to pick up my scripts and one is ready the other is not and no one has any answers. Mind you the one prescription is pre packaged, no counting necessary and that was the one I am told to come back for. Highly unorganized, disappointing and I'm not sure if anyone else has felt targeted because of the type of medicine you are prescribed but I have been made to feel that way many times regarding one of my scripts. I am not a pill seeker and I often refill days after it could have been refilled and yet I'm still put on hold for this particular script consistently. I will be switching to rite aid immediately. So save yourself the time and frustration and just don't use Walmart pharmacy. The only time they're friendly is when they want you to do a survey.
