Great meal,delicious. Our only issue would be that we waited at the cash to have our order taken,while the cashier put bags away, waited for a previous order to be made, there were at least 7 people working and the restaurant was pretty much empty. A lesson in priority setting might be necessary.

Not sure who needs to see this but after dark, the service is atrocious. Anytime after 8pm or so, the workers act like it's the biggest inconvenience to make any food. They often have attitudes when speaking with them, their tone and body language is hostile and often I've seen them in the store just playing on their phones. I truly hope things improve.

This will not change anyone's mind about Wendy and her unapologetic food, but 2 nights ago, no ranch, PC was down, my burger had straight cold spots in it. It sucked balls!!!

We stopped at this Wendy’s for Lunch today and waited 1/2 hour to place our order. The young girl was only taking “one order at a time” and then she was assisting with making those orders plus other mobile orders. There were 4 other people working in the back. Including one young guy at the drive thru who wore a hat but his hair was sticking out of it in all directions. Then she was talking fresh to one of her associates about respect in front of all of the customers. (NOT A PRETTY SITE) This went on for a while until the manager moved a more mature person up to the checkout area when things Findlay began to nom move a bit faster. I hope that this Wendy’s is inspected very soon by management because this is the worst managed Wendy’s that I have ever seen. AND WE HAVE BEEN TO MANY WELL RUN WENDYS IM THE PAST It took I another 20 minutes before we received our food,Please call UNDERCOVER BOSS AND CLEAN HOUSE AT THIS SITEHire better help or shut this place down ?

I love Wendys baconator fries❤️ which is what i got.The staff member at the drive-through was very cold and unpleasant, besides management who gave me my food. In her 15-30 seconds of interaction with me, she made up for the dry, unpleasant experience of the girl who took my order and payment. Perhaps the young girl is new, not sure.However, she had me as miserable as she was until her co-worker / manager gave me my food and simply stated, "Have a nice day."I decided after the original interaction that I ll order/pick up at other food places that are close by, Applebee's, red lobster.. Montezuma! ? It's so sad. I do love Wendy's and drove out of the way just to go there.It's my fault, I picked a fast food restaurant and got a side of attitude to go with my fries! No thanks. ?
