This could be a good place to work in the packaging industry, but unfortunately based on my experience with them as a former associate unfairly fired, I realized that they are obviously the worst place to work, their HR and management are nuts, particularly at conflict resolution, managers are allowed to be disrespectful towards associates, based on racism behavior, they are allowed to lie against associates without taking into account the victim reporting, paperwork productions records are being falsified, blind eyes turned on them. No balance in the chain of command at all.At last associates are really vulnerable of being fired in extra judiciary way without taking their rights into consideration.

The VP Drew Grismore went out of his way to call me into his office after he heard I had put my two weeks in. He harassed me about leaving then threatened to fire me a week earlier than my two weeks ended if I didn't change my mind about leaving. Save yourself the trouble and work elsewhere.
