“I have been a member at this bank for a few years. I have my mortgage through them. Also most recently I refinanced 2 motorcycles and my truck through them. The process was extremely easy and beneficial. Tina was very accommodating and professional. She went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She was nothing short of professional, flexible, and prompt. They have a text program which makes for an easy process while I was at work or busy during my days. I'm also in the process of switching to them for my primary checking account. I would highly recommend this bank. They are always pleasant and professional!”

“After the last few calls I had with my bank I felt like I needed to give a rating and I was very surprised to see this locations current rating. This was where I went to open my first bank account. They made it effortless and made sure I was fully informed on every aspect of my account which was completely free to have. My savings account is free to have as well. I recently made a purchase to a site I've never been on before and they flagged it as fraud and my card was locked. All I had to do was look in my email to see the alert and say that I approve the transaction and it was unlocked. When I called to make sure it was good to go, the woman was as nice as could be and it went very smoothly. My next call to verify my card on Apple pay also went very smoothly and both calls were handled in under 5 minutes. I've never had any issue at ALL with Key Bank or any location I've been to. I have had my account for 7 years now and I don't expect to depart from them any time soon. In general, I'm not someone who likes banks or capitalism but in this day and age you do have to have a bank account and I'm happy I chose a smaller bank that provides the quality of assistance I have received from Key.
