They are friendly and really do seem to love all the animals in their store. Your pets are welcome to shop too! Good deals, affordable everyday prices and great service from the staff is always on display. If you join the rewards program you'll save extra money-it's free and easy. It's a pretty good program in regards to rewards and savings!

I want to mention that this store is independently owned. They are a great community store and resource for all pet parents in the mon valley. I work in the area and they have a great reputation. As they contribute to many charitable causes and hold events regularly for animals at their store. I see it first hand. Many of these events are often free, featuring specific pet brand representatives handing out free goodies and samples to all! They are serious about helping the overall health, care and vitality of the Belle Vernon pet community. They often feature local shelters in their cummincations and are able to place a number of animals in good homes. They seem like good people with good intentions and big hearts. This is exactly the kind of store that don't mind spending my money in. I want to help them succeed in their efforts for our shared pet community. ??? Long live Beagles!”

“I normally don’t write a review on big chain stores- but I absolutely had to. I live in Canonsburg so Washington TS is where I have gone since they opened many years ago. One time I waited with my little daughter for help for 40 minutes. Staff is so rude in WASHINGTON. Well I forgot to grab my horses feed- and we board near this location but have never stopped as it’s like 13 min past our location. I would drive 30 min past our location to come to this location!! I wish I knew the wonder lady cashier’s name.. but I remember the name Jeremy! They both deserve something from their employer. I was in a car accident about 3.5 weeks ago and my strength isn’t what it was so at the register I was struggling to get the bar codes/ flipping the bags. The cashier was so patient and interacting with my daughter. She promptly called Jeremy for help.. he even then went above and beyond and he walked out to the car with us- and loaded the bags of horse feed & big cat litter bags into the trunk for me- I honestly couldn’t have done it without him I used all my strength getting them in the cart lol. But SO friendly interacting with my 3 year old & talking about little ones. They both even had the same face palm reaction when she pulled a $14 dinosaur figurine by the register to buy… lol we all laughed together and she was just happy with her dinosaur!!

Thank you BOTH- and you have a new customer for life now. My horses feed + Cosequin is not cheap but I feel so much better spending it there with happy people!”
