I spoke with a really nice woman named Sandy and I swear she deserves a raise for being the sweetest most patient person I have ever dealt with as a rite aid employee and I've been using this pharmacy for YEARS so big shout out to Sandy and thank you!”
“I switched my pharmacy over to this one and im really glad i did. the moment i walked in i knew i was in the right place. Everyone there is very nice including the main pharmacist. He helped me to get my medication and saved me money too. I love shopping at the store while waiting....that is my favorite thing to do! I purchased Sarris Candy Bars!”

They can tend to be very busy at times and I know it must be difficult to consistently provide a high level of customer service every time. “Elizabeth Giant eagle pharmacy has the fastest pharmacy service I have ever seen. They are always working hard to get their patients taken care of right then and there if possible. They even take the time to call me at home to let me know when something hasn't gone accordingly so I'm aware in advance even if I haven't called the script in for refill and it's just the due date and they are filling it for me so I don't forget. It's always the same staff and they are always so kind and friendly even when you see them being treated poorly by a rude customer, they never seem to react to the negative behavior given to them. I'm great full for them always being there to answer any question I have for my children's meds and for their hard work making sure I never have a wait or delay if they can help it. Doctor offices are busy and not always easy to reach but they have always make their best attempts to help me reach them for a refill or issue with a script or coverage. Thank you all very much, you do such an amazing job and I have 6 kids so they get alot of business from me and I have never had a single issue yet.”

“The pharmacy staff here are pretty awesome. They are always so helpful and patient even when I’m sure they’re incredibly busy. All of the techs and pharmacists are quite knowledgeable and have helped me navigate insurance and other issues with ease. My prescriptions are always filled quickly and if I need something in a shorter timeframe they always do their best to accommodate. I highly recommend signing up to get text messages when your scripts are ready for pick up. It really makes the whole process quick and easy. It’s really nice to have such a good pharmacy in our tiny town!”
“Nice convenient place to get odds and ends if you live in or near Richeyville. Grocery prices are a bit expensive, so much more than a few items and you’ll do better at the Dollar General right across the road (Rt. 40). Workers are usually pleasant and happy to help you find certain items when you need them.”
“This is a pretty decent rite aid location. They don't have the best selection of medicine, specifically for kids, but overall not bad. Store wasn't busy at all so I was in and out very quick!”

She was spot on and I truly appreciate her professionalism and patient care. It alleviated some real concerns that I had.”

“This is the best example of a Walmart I have experienced yet. I have traveled a few places so I have visited at least 10 different Walmart's in my life. This location is quite clean as well as possessing a courteous staff. I swore off going to Walmart for years and opted going to Target due to my previous experience. When I moved here I was pleasantly surprised by the Belle Veronon experience. Bill is a greater at this store and he is always upbeat and kind. Thank you for changing my outlook on local the Walmart.”
