Fine Wine & Good Spirits offers a generally positive shopping experience with friendly staff and smooth-moving lines. The store, while small, is well-organized and often has great deals, especially during the holidays. Customers appreciate that it typically stocks popular items, making it convenient for quick purchases. However, some reviews mention that customer service could improve, particularly regarding staff engagement at the register. The location has some drawbacks, such as nearby disturbances. Despite this, the prices are considered reasonable compared to other stores, making it a solid choice for those looking to buy wine or spirits alongside groceries from the adjacent Save-A-Lot.
Came here looking for Lillet Wine and the service there was amazing! I was impressed at how helpful and kind the staff are. Thank you so much for taking the time to help some out of towners find the right product! Your staff are A+
