The worst post office. Already twice refused to return parcels, imposing additional packaging. I brought the return according to all the rules, having painted over the old barcode on the box, but the postman said that additional paper is needed! What kind of fiction is this! In other post offices accept without problems, but this finds an excuse to refuse.

I’ve never seen them open on time in all the years I’ve been here. Every time i get here at 8-815 no one is there. It’s super frustrating, it was the only time i had today and i needed to send something certified.

Never anyone working the window. It’s insane how often the desk is gated closed during prime work hours. Horrible service. Embarrassing.

Says open from 8a -430p M-F .. went there 8 o’clock still closed, waited til 830, still didnt open, gave it til 9 o’clock didn’t open. I waited with other customers and we can hear someone inside so I started knocking to ask if they are going to open but was ignored. Not going back to this place . They should just close this office permanently so people don’t go here anymore and waste their time . So frustrating !!!

Mehul is the best. I've been here twice and he's assisted me both times. He is friendly, efficient and knows his stuff. When I walked in the second time, there was six of us waiting and the line was out the door. He got us all out in 10 minutes. All we did was talk about how kindly he treated us and he wasted no time in getting the job done. He also did not get upset with me when I asked him to get a priority mail envelope for me and also waited for me to package it, even if it only took two minutes. He's patient and also informed me of my barcode that was dark between the lines, making it hard to read. However, he manually entered it in and still made it work. I appreciate Mehul for his work. I like it here. 10/10. And there's a parking lot and a ramp for those who are unable to make it up the stairs. Nice neighborhood as well.

I am checking on my mail I sent out in late November 2022 I want to know if the mail box by Front and Cheltenham are pick up by Central Ave and are picked up daily??

There is one female employee does not have any patience every time I visit this location and I rarely visit. I hope she can receive a job she likes in the future or treat people with kindness because we're all going through our own issues.
