“Amazing place. Want to take a passport photo, you are in and out in few mins. If you don’t love the long lines in USPS, then this place is for you. You don’t have to guess what type of packaging you need to use. They will help you. They even store your previous visits info and can pre-populate your destination information. They make the experience quick. I even used them for mailing my passport application. They knew what was needed and where to mail. People working in there are really helpful and do their best to assist. I would recommend this business for all of the services I mentioned above.”

“I had a last minute urgent package that had to be sent and sent quickly. I am blown away by the customer care and service that Lauren W and Rob had at the Glenn Mills location. Rob answered my phone call with various questions with kindness and helped me repack a box when the store was just about to close. This was probably the best service experience I have ever had.”

“I always give my husband my USPS and UPS returns, but he often ends up driving around with the packages in his car. On one such occasion I happened to be in the vehicle with him when we drove past My Mailbox Store. On a whim I told him to stop so that I could see if they'd take my packages. Lo and behold, they do! This is your one-stop-shop for dropping off all your USPS, FedEx, or UPS returns or packages. They also have the resources to pack and ship things on your behalf. It really couldn't have been easier, and the associate was super friendly. This is a very convenient place!”

“Went to FedEx for some important prints for a work event. It was a quick turnover and I needed it completed next day. The manager Toni called me to make sure the order was understood and was extremely detailed to make sure everything was completed to standard and on time. When I went in for pick up, Toni went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! She was amazing and even recut some of the items to make sure they were exactly what was needed. I didn’t ask her to do all these things, but she was so detailed and truly wanted to make sure the order was perfect. “The girls in here are incredible. I had 50+ certified mail envelopes that had to go out, these two went out of their way to make sure every one of them was correct AND would get out before Labor Day weekend and were truly happy to do it. [ YOU KNOW MOST PEOPLE WOULD HAVE BEEN MOANIN & GROANIN w/ an order like that]. I couldn’t have made this happen without them. (If you’re curious, @ the post office it cost like 270$ when at UPS it would have cost over $1,100 for the same thing). Lucky to have this post office close by. Excellent service.”

I come to this staples very often and I am treated with not so friendly faces and attitudes from other staff members., but this gentleman ALWAYS has a smile on his face and treats ALL customers with such grace.
