“This is a great shop! They truly care about doing high quality work and making their customers happy. When I picked up my car, Dale was really happy that I came before the rain and sunset as he was very proud of the work they'd done and excited to see my reaction. I thought that was awesome and rare these days. And they should have been proud because it did look great. They even cleaned up the entire exterior and made the tires shine. I wasn't expecting that either. I didn't have any issues with the repairs but Dale told me to call if I did and they would take care of it. I definitely recommend this shop. Their prices are also very competitive.”

As a young woman, I'm still sometimes learning where to go for certain things and who to trust to not take advantage when it comes to cost. “I scratched my car (badly) against a cement block and our insurance had Keystone as an in-network provider. One of the best decisions for our car was to use this body shop. Jim kept my husband and I apprised of what was going on with our car, let us know how much we would owe, and even ordered the parts for our car before we could drop it off. He got it done in 2 weeks solid, even with the snow delaying things. He was friendly, courteous, and prompt. He would follow-up with a phone call along with an email, which I appreciated since our car was ready a day early for us to pick up. When we got it back, the body looked brand new, and they detailed it inside and out! I highly recommend Keystone Collision if anyone needs to go to a body shop and be happy with the results. I hope I never have to use them again (bc that would not be good for my car), but if I did, I know the first place I'd go.”

“Coming in with a bit of a weird story, but these guys are amazing! I broke down on the side of Pottstown Pike about half a mile away, and on a whim walked into the shop and asked to borrow a tank of gas to fill up. Not only did the guy (Paul) give me a gas tank, he gave me ride down to my car, filled the tank up for me, and made sure I was safe to drive! Thank you Paul and everyone at Eagle Auto!”
