I asked them what I owe them and they said bring your car back to us in December when your car needs state inspection. This certainly builds customer loyalty. And this is not the first time something like this has happened with me at Eagle service. I am appreciative that they have a Hometown feel instead of those big big box stores.”

“I scratched my car (badly) against a cement block and our insurance had Keystone as an in-network provider. One of the best decisions for our car was to use this body shop. Jim kept my husband and I apprised of what was going on with our car, let us know how much we would owe, and even ordered the parts for our car before we could drop it off. He got it done in 2 weeks solid, even with the snow delaying things. He was friendly, courteous, and prompt. He would follow-up with a phone call along with an email, which I appreciated since our car was ready a day early for us to pick up. When we got it back, the body looked brand new, and they detailed it inside and out! I highly recommend Keystone Collision if anyone needs to go to a body shop and be happy with the results. I hope I never have to use them again (bc that would not be good for my car), but if I did, I know the first place I'd go.”

“These guys are great! They are up front and honest with the issues with my car. A few times when I was there while they were checking my vehicle, they took me back and showed me the details of the problem. They were nice enough to give my newly purchased used car a free "inspection" to be sure I hadn't bought a problem car. They found 3 issues that I took back to the dealer and had them fix. I am sad to be moving out of the area and won't be able to use Scott Carter for my auto repair needs.”

“This is my second time renting a Penske moving truck. The first time is used a 17ft. This time I used a 12ft size truck. Both were great but the 12ft was excellent. This truck didnt even use 100 dollars in gas traveling from Belleville Illinois to Pottstown, Pennsylvania. I was shocked that a big truck like that could get such good gas mileage. I rented a local U haul ro move 4 miles , making 2 trips and spent 45 in gas. Also the customer service is wonderful. All the people from the phone center to the agents where you pick up and drop off are terrific. I had 2 awesome experiences. I would say to everyone this is the company to use when doing a self move. I live Penske and I would even do an ad for them for free, that is how much I love their products and services. Awesome , Awesome and Awesome.”

“Recently moved to a new location with more capabilities so the already excellent service is even better and the technical expertise is still top-notch! The new location allows more repairs to be done on location. More room, garages, and lifts allow more capability. The only danger with A&L Auto/Truck Repairs is the demands on his time as hes a very appreciated and skilled auto tech, but he manages expectations and his time well to get the work done in a timely manner. I trust what A&L Auto/Truck Repairs tells me. If they say that this needs to be fixed and at this price, then I know that's what needs to be done. Most of the time, I drop my vehicles off with a standing "do what needs done and let how much I owe" because I know Allen (the owner) will do it right. Stop looking and get your car to this shop.”

Whitford was very accommodating in downsizing me to a more suitable rental. The rental process was quick and easy and the cost was more that reasonable.
