“After months of searching for the right vehicle we ended up purchasing a 2021 Honda CRV!! Despite being from a different state Mike Ellis from Auto Lenders in PA did not hesitate to help me from start to finish!! From asking for out the door prices for three vehicles I was interested in to then asking for the vehicle I wanted to be transferred from their NJ lot to PA there was no issues or hesitation, Mike made sure to have the vehicle ready for when I arrived!
Although I wasn’t able to meet Mike in person, JJ and all his colleagues made our family feel welcomed. We had a good feeling about the vehicle and their dealership! JJ provided detailed information about their vehicles and how Auto Lender operated. Not many salespeople take their time to explain and speak to customers the way JJ did & for that we are very thankful!

There was constant communication, honesty, transparency, and again no pressure.

After that things went about as smoothly as they could have. One tiny hiccup in paperwork, was addressed within minutes. These guys are so responsive to my texts and calls, I found it exceptional. Not just one or two, but every time I texted them, they would respond within a few minutes.

“I got my 2020 Subaru Impreza from here almost two years ago. The gentleman I dealt with, I forget his name, was beyond helpful. He was kind and didn't try to pull the wool over my eyes, which would've been extremely easy considering this s the first car I have ever bought from a dealership. I had one small problem with the registration transfer from my old car to my new one, but I called the dealership and they fixed it at no cost to me. Even mailed me the documents I needed to sign so i did not have to drive back to the dealership.

“Drove 3+ hours for a truck, and it was exactly as advertised. Had emailed them on a Sunday (when they are closed) and to my surprise had an email back within an hour. Was a very low/no pressure sale, was given the keys and the freedom to dig around the vehicle without a salesman over my shoulder. Was given a test drive with no hassle at all. Was given a fair offer for my less than perfect trade in. Honestly, not much more you can hope for when buying a used vehicle. Bonus, it comes with a 90 day nationwide powertrain warranty, so me being from a different state is a non-issue IF something goes wrong. Will update if anything goes south, but highly recommend.”

“Don's a great guy. He's been in the used car business for 37 years and has always sold lower end cars for the less fortunate of us in this area. Upper end on his prices is around $6,000, he tells me... Not a greedy man, obviously.
I haven't been able to buy a car from him yet but I most certainly would if he could find one I want. I'm in (urgent) need of my next car at the moment, but I'm fussy about having a clutch and they're rarer than unicorns, sadly...
But, I trust Don. He does the best he can for his customers from everything I've seen and that's all you could ask for, right? He's been quite helpful taking way more time to talk with me, give me advice and opinions, etc, than anyone else would, even though he hasn't made a dime from me yet so far.
