****CHECK PHOTOS BELOW****Buying a kitchen from A&C Kitchens was the worst experience I ever encountered as a consumer for 40 years. The Cabinet Line that they recommended and sold me was Masterbrand. It has been a nightmare since I received the cabinets. See the photo below for all the flaws that were recommended for repair or replacement by the Masterbrand Rep that visited my home. 18 doors were manufactured and shipped with flaws-cracks and inferior finish, cabinets were missing paint and had scratches all over. Easily viewable flaws were shipped from Masterbrand without any regard to quality-they like screwing the consumer. Don't fall for the $500.00 discount when you pay in full, If you do purchase put it on a credit card so you can dispute. SHADY

Such cool guys were unloaded themselves (although I had to help them), secured the remaining load with straps. They did everything carefully and professionally. If I, the driver, noticed this, it already means a lot when the movers neatly treated the load

I've heard good things about A&C but our designer didn't meet expectations for a several thousand dollar transaction. We felt like emails weren't being read and measurements weren't what we asked for. We had an appointment and our emails and instructions were printed out but designer still hadn't clearly read them. I went on cabinets.com and had to design what I wanted and it still wasn't understood.
We stood there at our appointment talking about a $6500 quote. Asking would this be double, or a little more? Questions like that and our designer was answering. It turns out there was never a quote but that was an allowance and our cheapish cabinets ended up being about $9k. I want to say we emailed dimensions for two weeks then it still took 3 weeks or a month after the appointment to get an accurate quote.
All in all it was not a good customer experience for an almost $10,000 transaction. Maybe A&C is good but our designer just moved at a much slower pace than expected and required a lot of instructions.

Neil Kienzle did an amazing job designing our new kitchen/dining to maximize the existing space. He made it easy and fun and I highly recommend him. A&C sells nothing but high quality cabinets and hardware and they stand behind their product. Great experience all around!

Our facility used A&C Kitchens & Baths for ordering cabinetry used for renovations of 2 large community room kitchen areas. Communication with them was professional and open from the start. We will definitely be using them again for any future projects at our facility. Highly recommend!

Held off on writing this review because I wanted my case escalated to someone higher up, but Neil stated I don’t get reimbursed for pain and suffering and didn’t forward along my concerns. Waited 9 weeks for these cabinets to come in. Multiple items damaged and wrong measurements. My pantry cabinet which is probably one of the most expensive pieces came in choppy and I was told they’d give me trim to put over it and something along the lines as imperfection is beauty, wouldn’t want to spend full price for imperfections. If you pay full price for something you expect quality work not choppy work. It was thrown in my face that they fixed this issue and replaced the damage cabinet, mispainted door, knicked door, and wrong measurements for free instead of charging me for what was originally “ my fault” if you want to pay full price for something and get imperfections go with A and C

Staff and designers at A&C kitchens have done such a fantastic job ( 2 kitchens and one bathroom ) that I refer them to all my clients that have water and fire damage and they always come through with quality and value with a flare for the original

I've been using A&C Kitchens since the day I opened my General Contracting business 15 plus years ago. They have done everyone of the kitchen projects we've been hired to do and every single one comes out 10x better than the customer would hope. The products they carry, the designs, the colors, the different levels for various budgets, etc just hits every check mark when doing a large scale project like a kitchen. And it goes without saying the staff at A&C are top notch. From my extremely talented designers Sam Barksdale, who is fantastic with my clients and really know how to use a space perfectly and covers every detail, to the warehouse staff, and delivery team. I can not say enough about the whole experience at A&C. They have my business for life for sure!

I use A&C as a supplier for one reason and one reason only. Professional. The designs and professional, the people are professional and the finished product screams professional. EVERYTIME. love them and wouldn’t even bother anywhere else.

A&C has a huge showroom with so many options. Ask for Maureen- she’s great! She gave good advice about what to choose and kept us updated about our order. We love our vanity.

Have numerous problems with the designer. Try to work with upper management to have issue resolved. Designer lied and made derogatory remarks and issues never resolved.

Had tons of problems with the designer. Try to contact upper management to help fix the issues. Instead of the issue being addressed, designer made derogatory comments and lied to upper management and the situation was never resolved.
