Today was my first time there. Everyone was very friendly. Sofia did my hair she was excellent. Very fast. I got there at 8:30am and was done by 12:30. I've been wearing braids for over 15 years and never had it done so fast before. I will definitely keep coming back. Also I love my hair. On Sunday 8/31 I went to this shop for the 2nd time. I got individual braids. I had 2 young ladies doing my hair. I was done in 2 1/2 hours. I love this shop. I will be back soon as I take this out. Looks awesome. Thanks ladies

Not nice. 2 people for 2 braids, charger too much, service was poor, don't seem eager to serve the customers. Won't go back.

Got my hair done 15 days ago paid $250 and my hair is a mess the entire middle is coming out they did not braid it at least half way down and I have a bald spot in the middle of my head….first time there and I will not be going back complete waste of money

I'm somewhat bias cause I've been going to Ada for over 10 years and will not go anywhere else. Ada is above and beyond professional and accommodating. I called once for an appointment, she didn't answer but returned me call in mins while she was on vacation out of the country and put me in touch with her niece so she could do my hair, and she did a great job. All the years I've been going, I can honestly say I've never seen a bad hairstyle. All the ladies are extremely great at what they do.

More stars are needed, Ms. Ada and the ladies who work in this salon are phenomenal. I patronized this visit for the first time and each of them are extremely good stylist who can achieve any style you request. The atmosphere of the salon is very peaceful. The salon is extremely clean. Free street parking and they play movies while you’re getting your hair done. Ada’s is definitely my new go to salon for braids and beyond and I look forward to my next visit.Ms. Ada is just a beautiful lady inside and out. She is calm patient and very professional. She is a pillar in the community in which her business is located, I know this from the amount of people that stopped in to just say hello to her.

I always come to Mrs Ada’s and get braids but this time I got Senegalese Twist all I got to say is I lovvvvvvvvve my hair. I went to DC to a fashion show and everyone loved my hair they said they got to make it to Chester. She takes her time and delivers I’m truly pleased not to mention she did my mom hair too and it was beautiful.

Really walking around like a living meme. What I asked for vs what I got.This lady took 5 hrs for the bare minimum hair style. When I walked in I stated that I had to be to work in a few hrs and was assured by the owner Ada it wouldn't take long. Walked in at 1:30 and left at 7:30pm I had to miss work for 59 short braids. That was over priced for $200. She lied in my face saying she could do it and didn't. I asked for feed ins pic included. And I received corn rolls. (If you ever been here they always want a pic of the hair style). Soon as she put 5 braids in my hair she ordered food and sat down to eat. Very unprofessional spent most of the time on the phone, and taking many breaks. Patronized this business for a while now as of today I will never return.
