I'm biased. I work here. I am their mechanic. We take care of our customers and we try and explain and show them why they need something vs just telling them in mechanic talk. If there is a problem with our work we will do what we can to rectify the problem. And remember, state Safety inspection and emissions inspection is an inspection of the emissions control system of your vehicle and that the car can safely be driven of PA public roads. This means, lights, brakes, tires, wipers, horn, ability to enter and exit the car using the door handle and window function.... Safety stuff. And this also means and rusted out areas that can affect the structure of the vehicle. This also includes loose or damaged body panels that can be dangerous.
