This is my first review ever but I had to download an app to share this. I took my two pro press tools for repairs at jekk tools on 10/30/20 and did not receive any calls for 2 weeks to update me on repairs needed so I called and they told me the repairs guys is out for now and should be back next week. I dint hear anything from them so I called on 11/23/20 again to check up on tools and Scott said it's not ready to be picked up and so I asked what was the issues with the tool and how much did I owe for what's done since he told me the repairs where not under warranty and he got upset, rude and told me to pick up the tools if I wanted to. I understand times are though but no need to be rude to anyone. I never had anyone be that rude on phone even though we never met. I asked if I could talk to manager and he told me he was the owner. Now understood why he thinks he can be like this after I found out Scott is the owner.

I purchased a sewer inspection camera from Jekk Tools today and I couldn’t be happier. Scott, Ken and John were informative, thorough and very accommodating throughout the entire process. Dropped off a tool last month, but didn't like their price. Bad service on phone & in person. They take forever, try to overcharge customers, & have a bad attitude. I chose to take my tools elsewhere to be fixed after refusing their estimate.

They had my threading machine for service since November 2018 and I'm getting it back March 2019. And they want $2273. What bad service and a RIP off. They will never get any business from me again.

What an excellent company to deal with. The guys that work here are top notch and incredibly friendly! I had them check my Ridgid Propress for functionality since they are a Verified Ridgid Service Center and they made the whole process a breeze. Also, there fee was so reasonable. Not only did they check my tool quickly and accurately but they even PICKED IT UP from me and when it was finished DROPPED IT BACK OFF to me free of charge and I am in Delaware!!! This company is excellent in every regard! Thank you Scott and Jim for everything! I hope to do business with you again! If you are not using this company you are missing out!!
