No matter how many hundreds you spend,there policy is NO REFUNDS NO EXCHANGESNO EXCEPTIONS THE DAY AFTER PURCHASE!!!!!! thats w/reciept!!!update! they never responded when i emailed my info,shocking isn't it???

So I am a representative that helps the community by giving out free phones. I don't know how I am a threat to them at all because the phone I give out isn't amazing it's just a great phone for back ups or emergencies. Anyways I'm not even posted up outside the store I'm near the family dollar, and they call the police...I used to love metro but not anymore...just lost a customer for good!

These people are so unprofecional, when you call them they leave you hanging and then don't respond. They say " give me a sec" and then hang up. I do not recommend going to this store ever.

One of the worst experiences of my Life!!I purchased 2 phone and 2 plans.One for me and another for my mother who just recently had a stroke and is home bound..any once we got home there is no service in our home& very limited service in my area.Theres supposed to be a 7 day return policy.This store is so getto , they won't refund ANY of my money because I am missing the bottom half of the card board box that the phone is in!Absurd! Not only that they asked me to go. Ack to boost mobile and turn my moms service back on to save her number which set me out another $55!All together I have spent right at $200 and they didn't give me a dime!I spoke to the petti owner and he tried to say he couldn't ship it back without the box.This place is and was a total disaster with the worst customer service I have encountered in a very long time!!!!
