Customer service was horrible. Had my car towed there because it was the closest dealership. Had to call multiple times and was never given an ETA of when they'd even be able to LOOK at my car. Never offered a loaner because they were "wrecked in the snow storm." As a mom of 3, being car-less was unacceptable. When they did call me back, they were looking at paperwork from a 2018 car, which is a completely different color than the car they had in their possession. Ended up paying to have my car towed to another dealership, which took a look at it within 30 minutes of receiving it, and gave me a loaner. I'll never go back to Murphy Ford for anything.

Had my car in for service. From the first initial phone call all the way through until I picked my car up today they were nothing but polite and professional. If you know me, I would never ever take my car to a dealer for repairs. This stops today as my experience with Murphy Ford has been nothing but positive. Everything I was told they delivered. Thank you all.

My husband went in to purchase a new truck and we were greeted by Don DeKay. He immediately made us feel like family. His knowledge and patience in helping us choose the correct vehicle was unmatched. We ended up walking out with a F150 that fit all of our needs. Because of our amazing experience with Don, we will recommend him to all of our family and friends who are in the market for new or used cars. Thank you Don!

What an amazing end of year experience. My family and I were left in a bind when our vehicle was totaled. When we stepped into the showroom we were immediately greeted by Don Dekay. His smile and kind demeanor immediately made our family feel at ease. Don talked us through our options and what would best suit our needs. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Don Dekay. I was in the market for a used vehicle and Don explored all the options available on the lot. I came in to inquire about issues with my vehicle. I had gone to a few other places before I came to this location seeking help, and I am so grateful! The manager Nicole helped me personally, explaining to me what the issues were and outlining what could be done. She was very insightful and literally saved me hundreds of dollars on unnecessary repairs that others were trying to rope me into paying for. Not many dealerships out there you can trust but Nicole and her people really looked out for me! Thanks guys ?

Customer service goes out the window once you purchase a vehicle. If you want an average car buying experience and poor customer service after the sale, this is the dealership. Would not recommend.

This dealership is the absolute worst. I took Ford Bronco sport in for some recalls and a couple other warranty fixes. The first was 12 months ago, and they said they had to order a part. I called several times after, and they had no idea what I was talking about. No record of part or order. Each time they said they would order. They never called to say part was in, and finally I called back and they said "Yes, it's been here for a month". So I scheduled to have the part installed. Got to the dealer for appt, and they had no idea what part was supposed to be installed. Got that worked out with the service desk and they installed the window switch. Also needed a new seat belt assembly, so they were going to order it. 3 days later I called to see if the assembly was in and they said yes and I made appt. Took vehicle in to appt, then they called to say it was done. I asked what was done...the tech said a bunch of recalls I wasn't even aware of, but no seatbelt assembly. I asked why no seatbelt and he had no idea what I was talking about. But, he said he'd go look in parts. Managed to find an assembly and installed it. Had also asked for the Carplay to be fixed because it won't connect to phone. They said updated CarPlay software and is fixed. Pickup up vehicle, CarPlay doesn't activate on any phone we own, tried 4. This dealership is terrible! They have no idea what they are doing, nor systems in place to ensure appropriate work is done. I will never return to this dealer.

Dropped off my 2016 Ford Edge to see if it needed a new flex plate per a customer service program notice I received. I was told that it did need a new flex plate and they would order the parts. About two months later I was told that the parts arrived. I made an appointment and dropped my car off, they told me the repair would take about a week. I called a week later only to find out they hadn't touched my car but they're looking at it now. I then received a call that my car was done. When I went to pick it up I was told that they scoped my car and it never needed the flex plate. I left the dealership and immediately noticed that my car was loud and had no acceleration. I went back and they said the air cleaner wasn't put back on correctly but it was ok now. Again I left and the noise and acceleration was still terrible. I went back to Murphy and they told me that they thought I had turbocharger and/or transmission problems and that it was just coincidence that it happened while they had my car. They said to make another appointment when their transmission tech was there. I stopped in my local auto mechanic on my way home, in ten minutes he found that they had disconnected the turbocharger air intake and failed to reconnect it, he put it back on and the noise is gone and acceleration is back. I hope this was just an example of laziness, stupidity or incompetence and not dishonesty. There should be a zero star for this place.

Murphy Ford service department is both dishonest and incompetent. They told me two months ago that my car needed a new flexplate, the parts came in a week ago. I dropped my car off and no one touched it for a week. Finally they put a scope on my car and said it didn't need the flex plate. I drove away and found my car to be very loud and have no acceleration when it was previously quiet and fast. I went back to the dealership twice and I was told that I have a problem with either the turbocharger or transmission or both and I should bring it back when their transmission specialist is there. I explained that it was fine when I left it with them, the service manager said it's just coincidence and that they did nothing that would have caused this. He said they took air hoses and the starter off to scope the flex plate but that everything was put back correctly. I then took the car to my local mechanic who found and fixed the problem in 10 minutes. Murphy Ford mechanic had removed the turbocharger air hose and failed to reconnect it. I'd like to believe that this is just an example of laziness, stupidity or incompetence and not an attempt to fix non-existent problems but whatever it is I won't be back and I hope this serves to spare someone else from making the mistake of dealing with Murphy Ford.
