If I could give this place 0 stars I would the lightskin big lady is so rude she seen me standing at the door and didn’t even unlock the door instead she came up to the front like she was going to let me in looked at me through the window and turned around and walked back to where she was going mind you they open at 10 am so I left and came back at 12 and the doors was still locked that lady is disrespectful and need to be fired

I have tried to get a gift card in Eddystone has not have them since the 1st of December. I call and no one answers the phone I called customer service and spoke to Rebecca and she was suppose toget back to me still waiting I called your.Chester store and they answer but they didn't have gift cards you are missing out on busy holiday not a every good way to ran a business

Came to the store on September 22nd around 4pm to make a return (one the employees left the sensor on). Assistant manager Charlotte (gave me a fake name of Claudia) gave me a whole lot of trouble to return my items. Tried to tell me it was unwearable because of the sensor, which makes no sense. Claudia told her boss that I showed up with no receipt. Had my receipt to show the boss so I don’t know where that came from. They tried to escort us out because they wouldn’t honor their refund policy. Luckily I was with my mother and once she mentioned she was a police officer and showed her badge, I received my refund no problem. So obviously they were trying to get over on me. I’ll be following up with the company to make sure something is done about this. Quality of clothes aren’t that good and sizes are off. Won’t be going back. The area is horrible and employees in this store need better training.
