If you NVR want your mail, move to Chester!! These ignorant ppl have no customer service qualities nor do they know how to deliver mail to the correct mailbox!! My name is clear as day on my box. I’ve lived here for over a year. They still don’t get it right. My advice…..STAY THE HELL AWAY!!!!

Literally a building filled of government employees scamming people. Most insane mail service I've ever had.
They can't scan properly, lie about deliveries, and haven't answered their phone in years.

I was falsefully arrested for Trespassing ON PUBLIC PROPERTY 9/19/2024, around 2:00pm to 3:30pm. I recorded the whole interaction and i will post on social media and news outlets so that the world could see how Edgmont post office treated me. I (as a living soul human male) sovereign of the united states of america (the republic) [for the record i am not a sovereign citizen or any violent groups anti government] i have been lied to and held from one of the rights that i have, to ask for my general delivery and registered mail stickers (red slips) also known as label 200, and also my right to being provided service in a PUBLIC office. I would like to speak to the highest level of authority in the private about BRENT J. HEFTON (postmaster) orchestrating my arrest.

Alexis was super nice. Went in to send off my son's passport renewal. I had an appointment; you must have an appointment. It was fast and easy. Don't forget your checkbook. Plus there's plenty of free parking right on the street.

If you need to stop your mail for any reason, this post office seems to have absolutely no idea how to make it happen. I have used the USPS website to hold my mail twice in the last month and, both times, I have watched video footage of mail being delivered each day of my requested hold dates. Have had to call neighbors to get the mail out of my box. Forget trying to call. Nobody seems to answer. Tried 5 times in 1 day and the call went to DISCONNECT. Got to love our USPS service. What a joke!
